Everything was good and friendly staff, there wasn’t internet on first day and they give us alternative cards for 5 hours and it is really appreciated but for 5 stars I will expect no issues like this. But you are on Cuba you need to understand that and have a patience. All in all recommended.

Perfect location, so close to old town and lots in walking distance. Lovely friendly staff. Definitely recommend whilst staying in beautiful Havana.

酒店位於老城中心區域，外觀大堂服務早餐都是妥妥五星標準，客房夠大夠空，招待所級別，真心不能要求太高。頂樓的炸龍蝦很新鮮，夜景超美，結賬建議用比索，用美金太坑。

發黴+臨街吵鬧+設施陳舊=不推薦！！！
220V電壓但需要轉換插頭！！
早餐算是唯一的亮點，符合國內四星標準，我不明白這個酒店谷歌4.6評分怎麼來的……
當地華人導遊老城區衹推薦馬路對面的凱賓斯基，或者新城區衹推薦西班牙公司管理的MELIA，古巴全境其它所有酒店都是軍方管理的國企。
房間黴味瀰漫有蟑螂，開窗通風又是滿街老爺車的汽油味道，關鍵隔音還差晚上馬路上經常有人唱歌打鬧，睡眠質量無法保證！
洗澡水壓挺足但沒有拖鞋、沒有護髮素、沒有熱水壺提供……如果不是衝著它有聯通房，不會預訂這裏，以後再也不會去了，老老實實定凱賓斯基

國會大廈附近，出門就是老爺車，步行去老城也非常方便。早餐品種在古巴算比較多的了。酒店房間是老牌酒店的模樣，安靜舒適。酒店衹有第一晚送一瓶1升的礦泉水。

有去機場的shuttle bus，5刀/人
酒店的匯率很差 1:120
和保安換 可以1:200
沒有餐巾紙
入住第一天提供一瓶1.5升水
第二天開始自己在bar購買 400比索一瓶
建議住老樓 比新樓有底藴
離狗煥打卡的海明威店很近
老爺車的集散地也在酒店附近
八樓的泳池不錯 設施老舊
關了空調還是有噪音

住在新樓，房間足夠大且wifi給力！有地下通道連接主樓。兩個樓都有室外泳池，住客通用。主樓雖然舊了點，但泳池景觀更好。酒店不收現金衹刷卡。

酒店的位置相當不錯，可以步行逛老城區和濱海大道，頂層游泳池的風景非常好。房間也比較寬敞，裏面的設施和條件在哈瓦那算很不錯的了。早餐特別棒！
