風景很美 酒店服務也還算不錯的 但不足的地方也不少 房間衞生有些欠缺 續房打掃早上有説 回來也沒搞 衹能換備品 早餐很簡單 第二晚住宿的早餐就放棄了 洗手池的水很小。其他都不錯 環境很不錯 陽台出去風景很好 前台老闆熱情 有有好也有不足吧 附近有吃喝也可以 也有小超市 作為民宿還可以 作為酒店有欠缺 温泉還不錯 沒有全開 開了三個池

服務暴差，跟農家樂的服務有得一比，洗澡洗到一半，沒熱水，，，，喊我等十分鐘😕
房間裏面沒有紙巾，床單感覺是沒有換過，， 要命的是是地暖在晚上突然沒有了，零下一度的天，我也是服了，，，，第二天的早餐，簡直是是無語看圖吧😓😓😓
電梯還壞了😂😂😂
沒住過這麼高級的“酒店”，第一次給差評！

房間乾淨温馨，位置風景都很好。老闆人也很熱情，第二天出門忘記帶東西，後面回來拿，給我們收拾的巴巴適適的。温泉也很棒，兩個娃娃泡的很開心，很好的入住體驗。早上的涼拌小菜簡直絕了，超愛吃。

房間還不錯喲，提供的牙刷牙膏和洗髮水都比同價位的酒店品質好很多。原本忘記帶自己的洗髮水，想着用酒店的洗髮水頭髮肯定會很毛躁，但意外的是頭髮非常順滑。

房間是套房 很大 有陽台 正對雅女湖 風景太好了 房間智能化很不錯 小度很貼心 房間 走廊 設計上處處可見匠心精心 温泉也很巴適 水每天換 非常乾淨 温度是兩種的 我自己泡低一點的 剛合適 他們喜歡温度高的 還會再去 太滿意了 酒店做的藤椒很好吃哦 上菜很快

定的算是最貴的房間了，結果基本的入住條件都達不到，失望。晚上到了酒店餐廳吃的飯，味道不錯價格合適，就覺得選擇還不錯，結果回到房間空調温度上不去，外面2，3度的温度，房間15度不到，持續到很晚，打電話説房間面積大…要不換到隔壁小房間。前台叔叔上來又覺得是不是露台門沒關…看了半天又去解決空調，結果又説空調有問題再弄，打電話問水暖，結果告訴説什麼政府統一的，現在不提供，不提供的話寫着幹嘛？十一點多衹能樓下買泳褲泡温泉取暖…晚上回酒店自己的大房間和隔壁的小房間温度一個樣子的冰冷。第二天4點多凍醒了，穿着毛衣繼續睡到6點多，早餐寫着7點開始，7:30下樓了，結果又等了十幾分鍾才有，出去玩就為了趕早，結果起了個大早趕了個晚集…吃早餐還在説温度的問題，隔壁的一對也同樣冷的一塌糊塗，餐廳阿姨還説早一點説安排到對面的房間，那邊開了水暖…這就離譜了，到底是政府統一還是老闆省錢啊。本來出來玩定的好一點的酒店就是為了舒服，冷成這個樣子還不如去住什麼普通的民宿了，至少獨立空調不至於半夜凍醒………2023年了還有被凍醒的酒店…還有當時晚上電話溝通空調不能用，要我們換房間，價格什麼的説第二天再溝通，然後一週過去了，無人聯繫溝通，甚至温度上不去一個致歉的電話都沒有…入住前還是三思吧。圖片把拍照時間都保留了，自己看吧

陰雨天入住，雅女湖非常涼爽，房間寬敞無異味。有一點可以再改進的就是早餐，可以豐富一些，快見底的時候及時添菜。
設施：智能高級。
衞生：乾淨、乾爽、不潮濕。
環境：雅女湖邊上，是周圍最好的住宿環境之一，自帶露天温泉。
服務：這個要誇一下老闆和前台，熱心熱情，好講話，有耐心。

房間有點小，隔音不太好，但智控房間、酒店的廚師和温泉是加分項，前台小妹妹也挺有禮貌，藤椒魚很美味，温泉雖小但小朋友玩也挺開心！雅女湖划船花樣多，我們坐了渡船遊湖，又去坐了電動船自己開遊湖，早上雲霧繚繞的雅女湖很美，不錯的旅行！
