Premier Inn Horsham Town Centre

This hotel is brilliant. Central location, very quiet in room, comfortable bed and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Will definitely be back.

Not usual prem Inn standard. Booked for 2 people, 1 towel in room. Meal deal dinner was awful, rigatoni and the katsu curry, tasteless ping meals could not rat then, ice cream had marks from a dirty scoop so could not eat that. Flat white wasn't a flat white but a not even nice latte. Guy serving, and trying to sort out reception, tried, and was nice. He did comp the coffees.

Very comfortable stay in this Premier Inn. Clean and quiet. Staff helpful and were so thoughtful leaving a gift for my son. Great location in the town centre. Plenty of parking in adjacent multi storey but you have to pay separately.

The hotel was fine, the room was fine, the bed was fine - the air conditioning failed and for 2 night's the room temperature was 26.5C. Even with the fan the staff provided, we had little sleep. That was the temperature of the room when we arrived (we have a clock showing temperature – I have a photo), even though the outside temperature was much less - the windows do not open to let out the heat. Staff immediately provided a fan, but even so we had little sleep and had to drink to stop being dehydrated. Because we were on a course 30 minutes away (including the evening we arrived) we could not sort out a new room until after 2 days, when we took time off of our course to move to the new room – which was fine.These were out worst nights in a UK hotel because of the heat.

The hotel is a standard Premier Inn and is perfectly fine and in a good position in the town centre. But Premier Inn has now started charging £10 to check in early. Even though the room was ready, we had to pay this as we were due at a wedding by 3pm and needed to get ready. watch out if you're banking on being able to check in early at Premier Inns.

From check in to check out there is nothing I can complain about, the whole stay was really good. We had a room on the 4th floor with a walk in shower which was a bonus. Usual room for Premier Inn with the addition of air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. I liked that you could get room made up if you requested as it is not needed everyday. We had breakfast on the last day and that was hot and plentiful. No complaints, the room was quiet and suited us for our short stay. Really central location and 10 minutes from Horsham station. Staff are friendly and really helpful.
