"The hygiene was excellent, which I really appreciated as someone with sensitive skin. The environment was also very good, and the location is superb, right in an office building. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering welcome fruits and even asking if we wanted coffee multiple times. The service was impeccable. As our first stop in Yunnan, it set a wonderful tone for the trip. Very satisfied!"

AAomingThis is a truly tranquil hotel. They even upgraded us for free to a room with a private hot spring. The breakfast 'xiaoguo mixian' (small pot rice noodles) comes highly recommended, and the spa experience was incredibly relaxing. The only sounds in the entire hotel were the rustling trees, making it perfect for unwinding. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserMy family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

CClairehuanThis is an older hotel, and the decor has a strong 'old-school' government-run feel to it.
The hygiene was a bit subpar; the sink was broken and could at least have been repaired. The wooden elements were also quite damaged. Luckily, I only needed it for sleeping.
There were items on the bathtub, which put me off the idea of taking a bath.
There was a foul smell near the edges of the swimming pool.
The underground parking garage has very limited spaces, and they are quite small, making it difficult to park larger vehicles. We had to scan a QR code to enter and exit every day. I suggest they switch to registering license plates in their system or have a concierge proactively send WeChat images daily.
The breakfast was slightly better than the InterContinental in Xishuangbanna.
The service was very warm; both the concierge and the front desk staff were excellent.

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

MMiLeeThe hotel is located right by Dianchi Lake, with separate lanes for vehicles and pedestrians. There's an observation deck not far from the hotel, and it's about 800-900 meters to Haigeng Park and Haihong Wetland. However, you still have to walk further to get to the cable car station, and I estimate the dam is even further – I didn't go there. The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from Xingti Road Station on Metro Line 5. Our package included one complimentary drop-off service to the metro station, which was really good. It would be even better if they offered round-trip shuttle service to the metro for backpackers.
However, there aren't many shops around the hotel. For dining, it's either the hotel restaurant or ordering takeout. Park 1903 Commercial Street is about 3 kilometers away, so it's more suitable if you have a car.
The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and drivers were all incredibly gentle and friendly. The manager even proactively helped us with our luggage.
The hotel is quite understated; in fact, the observation deck not far away offers amazing sunrise views, but they never promote it.

The room seems newly renovated, with great water pressure and quick hot water. The minibar was complimentary, and they even provided both cool slippers and cotton slippers.
Areas for improvement:
1. The disposable toilet seat cover didn't fit the toilet.
2. The laser TV screen in the room wouldn't go up. Someone came to fix it in the evening but wasn't successful. I suggest checking this in advance next time.

I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?

Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group.
What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids.
The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions.
This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!

GGuest UserGreat service and a grand hotel! My girlfriend loved taking photos, and we even got a free photoshoot with our stay. The value for money is really good. There's a hot spring right next to the hotel, and our package included free access. It wasn't crowded on the weekend, so we had the pool all to ourselves. Highly recommend!
