The front desk staff, a slightly plump lady, was far from what some negative reviews had suggested; she welcomed us with a radiant smile and provided truly excellent service. All in all, it made for a very pleasant and happy trip to Kunming."

YYinyuezouqiI've stayed at InterContinental hotels in several cities, and this one is definitely among the more upscale. The hotel is large, with a great environment and excellent rooms. The decor is also very high-end. While the in-room facilities are a bit dated, they are still perfectly functional and practical. The breakfast spread is very generous. The best service comes from the front lobby attendants and housekeeping staff, who are diligent and enthusiastic. The front desk staff are good too, but the restaurant service was a bit disappointing; they seemed a bit moody and reluctant.

11390658****This room was exactly my type! I specifically chose to spend my last day here to relax. The open-air bath, with a milk and rose petal soak, just washed all my fatigue away! The whole guesthouse's design has a very Japanese feel, making me feel like I was actually in Japan. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and detailed, served individually, and entirely made with Yunnan specialty dishes! The butler was also very attentive and thoughtfully brought us things, making us feel very comfortable and secure during our stay. I would definitely want to stay at a guesthouse like this for three or four days next time! It's conveniently located within the World Expo Garden, but due to time constraints, I couldn't stay longer. I will absolutely come back next time!

GGuest UserWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

DDavidOverall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

The bed deserves a special mention – it was so comfortable I slept like a log and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels recently, this one was by far the most comfortable. The front desk staff even gave us two complimentary hot spring tickets. The hot spring service was incredibly thoughtful, and the facility itself was spotless. They even filled the pools with fresh spring water after we arrived and kindly reminded us to grab a bathrobe to avoid getting chilly! The water temperature was just perfect, and soaking in the hot spring truly melted away all my fatigue. Absolutely superb! Highly recommended! 😂😍👍

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring surrounding attractions and restaurants on foot. The breakfast is rich, varied and delicious , the hotel also provides free parking, the front desk service is attentive, the room items are complete, and the overall experience is very satisfactory. I highly recommend it to friends who are looking for high-quality accommodation. Usually, it is said to be warm water, but this time the water was cold, so the children did not play. It is open until 10 pm. It costs 68 yuan per adult to buy a separate ticket, and it is cheaper for children. The room you buy includes the ticket. Breakfast is in the annex, which is good. The indoor pool is convenient and just right for one person. It is relatively quiet overall. The air conditioner is hung on the balcony. It is not bad after the discount, but the original price is a bit high.
