Atrium Hotel Heathrow

awesome staffs, awesome room, had great time sleeping too!!

We had a great stay. The staff, especially Albert and Cletus, were amazing! The room was very clean and updated as well. Being able to use the hot tub, poll and sauna was also great. Getting to the hotel from the Tube station was incredibly convenient.

We chose this hotel from the review we had read and their website which looked amazing. When we arrived, we found the cafe that was supposed to be open "24 hours" was shut permanently - you could get a coffee but had to ask for it from reception. The sky bar was also shut. The only restaurant open was the Orange restaurant which was like eating in a conference room with no natural daylight, We were too tired to go and find another hotel to eat at so decided to stay. No other people in the restaurant - and no atmosphere. Room was clean, but our bathroom sink tap leaked badly. There was rubbish outside of our bedroom window, empty boxes - did not look good. Terrible night as the whole hotel smelt of curry and our room smelt terrible all night long of food that kept us awake. I called today for the email address for the GM only to be told to write a review on Trip Advisor (hence my review) but I would have thought in the interest of the hotel they would have given me someone to write to. Will not be returning.

The location is convenient to both Heathrow Airport and Tube station (Hatton cross). The room that we had (twin) was clean The pillows and the beds were comfortable. It has your usual amenities. The price is reasonable. The staff were very helpful, and approachable specially to the night shift Albert and Jasprit. Thank you. Will surely come back and recommend to our friends.

Bad hotel with worst possible Front office staffs. Never seen such arrogant, rude, unhelpful, unfriendly Front Office staffs. They should be sent to some Hotel Management Institution to get the opportunity to learn some basic etiquette and manners which they seriously lack. Half of the key cards are not functional. We had to wait in front of our room for 1 hour because the door couldn't be open even after changing the card three times. Front Office staff just refused to help because they were "busy". So you have no other option just to wait when they are going to have some mercy and spare some of their invaluable time to solve your problem. This type of staffs with this type of attitude should be kicked out of the hotel industry. They are making the reputation of the hotel at stake. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Thought I'd have a treat prior to a trip to Chicago having read the reviews for this hotel....access from Heathrow is simple, one stop on the tube but Hatton Cross didn't appear to have a lift or escalators so had to lug heavy bag up the stairs. Hotel is across a road junction from the tube station. Its a strange looking building not entirely welcoming. Check in staff very pleasant and efficient. Room was a twin rather than a double with sheets too small for the mattresses. (Cost saving?) Which meant they became loose during the night, not ideal. Room was very clean and functional, air con quiet and efficent(sound proofing just about worked for outside noise but not for the ignorant early risers who were having loud conversations in tbe corridor as they left, thanks for that). Used the gym which was fabulous for an airport hotel as was the spa facilities. Only downside was size of the towels .....bathmat size(more cost cutting along with the one ply super narrow toilet paper...). The evening dining and breakfast let the place down. The staff, who are all lovely clearly have never worked in hospitality before and have been poorly trained. Supervision by the men in suits was laughable as they clearly had no idea either.(at breakfast one of them was cleaning tables with a dry napkin....) My starter(chicken and mango salad) was lovely if a tad expensive bit my main course came out minus the vegetables, Thought they might come out on a separate tray but all the staff seemed to disappear so I couldn't query the missing item. When I'd finished my chicken and potatoes I mentioned it to a member of staff whose solution was to go and get some....bit late. Food was OK. Breakfast was a buffet style with two large buffet hot places with mountains of luke warm fried breakfast options.(there was only 20 people eating, they must have a massive amount of waste). When out onto a cold plate the food was stone cold when you went to eat it. Nice products8 and well cooked but what a waste. Toaster took forever to produce warm bread(budget brown or white...nothing else) and the mini croissants were clearly cooked from frozen and were solid. The coffee and juice options were awful, not acceptable in this day and age at a modern hotel. There was a cafe on the premises but this seemed to be shut permanently. Worst sin of all? NO BROWN SAUCE! Someone should film the restaurant as a training example of how not to run one! Could be a great hotel but they need to sort the restaurant out!!

Stayed at the hotel recently leisure centre was amazing. Room was ok. However had some issues at the start and Kamila and Iza was more than amazing helped me with everything and made sure I was ok which I really appreciate as well as helped us with luggage as they don’t have a bell boy.

I wasn't expecting much from a hotel airport but how wrong I was. Everything was amazing. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. The room had a runway rooms where we able to see the planes taking off. The bed big and comfortable, pillows soft and fluffy, shower amazing. The spa was beautiful, clean, beautifully lit with mood lighting. We didn't make it to breakfast but needed to do some work before checking out. The staff in the bar made the most amazing coffee, moved chairs and tables so we could work near power points and truly were very amenable. I can not say a single negative thing, honestly worth every penny spent and I'll definitely return.

The staff specially Albert and Jass are accommodating to our requests assisting us with our luggage and printing our itinerary. The hotel does not provide complimentary bottled waters. Aside from that, the hotel is well maintained, clean and with an inviting lobby.
