I had an overall positive experience. The facilities were well-maintained and met my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional assistance provided by the staff, with Gitanjali and Susant standing out for their helpfulness and professionalism. Their attentive and courteous service significantly enhanced my stay, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed. Their dedication to providing top-notch customer service truly made a difference, and I would highly recommend this place to others based on the exemplary service provided by each and every staff member whether it dinning area, reception or housekeeping.

The hospitality of the staff is very good they are very helpful and kind. Very welcoming staff like Murli, Gitanjali, Raja, anita are really good staffs would like to visit this hotel again and again. Excellent hospitality and beautiful ambience will love to visit back again with family and friends food is good can be more spicy as per the taste so that it matches North Indian taste

The stay at Oakwood Residence Kapil was very comfortable. Food at the Oakleaf was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant was extremely courteous and helpfull. Especially, naming few among many were Murli, Sushant, Bhakti Ranjan, Gitanjali, Anita and Adesh. I am grateful to all for helping me and my family during our stay.

Great hospitality and food. The hotel and restaurant staff is very polite with excellent service. Hotel rooms are extremely clean. Our attendant Murlidhar was extremely professional, sweet and provided great service. Happy to have been here.

I stayed here for 6 weeks. The apartment where I stayed truly became my home away from home. It had everything I needed, and the staff and services were excellent. The buffet meals and the small gym completed my needs. While some restaurants in the area were a bit of a challenge to my gut, I could always count on the food at Oakwood to be clean and tasty.

Everything about this place is just awesome. The staff made me feel like home at all the time especially Mr. Murali who would always greet us at the dining table. Murali is very sincere, hardworking and professional person. I enjoyed the hospitality provided by him thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Oakwood to all my friends and family especially because of the staff they have. Kudos!!

The experience was amazing. Service is unmatched. Especially Murli was such a wonderful host. He was exceptionally well behaved and was looking after all needs. The room service is also nice. Each and Every staff is well behaved and hospitality was beautiful
