"Although it's categorized as an upscale hotel, it truly rivals luxury establishments. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Cuihu Lake and Yuantong Temple, which is incredibly convenient. It's also less than 2 kilometers from the former site of Southwest Associated University, easily walkable. Nearby attractions like the Yunnan Military Academy and Yunnan University by Cuihu Lake are definitely worth visiting! The rooms are relatively new and quite spacious (easily accommodating two open suitcases), and the amenities are particularly good. They provide Dyson hair dryers, and the toothbrushes are soft and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. Breakfast is on the 19th floor with beautiful views overlooking Cuihu Lake. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. In summary, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!"

"Facilities: Compared to other hotels, the facilities here are truly unmatched – absolutely complete. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and tidy. This is the only hotel I've stayed at in Kunming so far where I couldn't find a single fault. Service: Problems are resolved incredibly fast. The butler service is fantastic – very patient, explains everything clearly, and even helped upgrade my room type. I'll definitely be back to stay at the end of the month!"

"It's a designer hotel. The rooms are loft style, clean and nice. However, major minor points: you can not use the swimming pool in the evening, the staff is not really willing to look for solutions. We have bikes and they could not be stored ( only in an unsafe public parking outside). The (reception)staff did not really show any willingness to solve the situation..very different from other hotels in China, where our bicycles could each time he stored either in the lobby or in the room. Other minus is the difficult to find location: it's a hidden hotel,unknown by taxi drivers. Our conclusion: quite overpriced hotel"

"The room facilities are excellent, though the twin room felt a bit small. The mattress firmness was just right, and the motion-sensor night light was a great touch, saving me from fiddling with settings. Out of the four hotels I stayed at during my Yunnan trip, this one had the best soundproofing. Plus, the indoor pool really added to the experience. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich and tasty. The staff I encountered on the first two days seemed a bit tired and aloof; however, on the last morning, they were noticeably friendlier and more enthusiastic. They asked if I wanted coffee or juice when I sat down and directed me to the coffee machine. I suggest proactively offering lobby bar drink vouchers upon check-in, as it's a great service that guests can enjoy right away."

"The first time I came to Yunnan, I chose this villa hotel. I felt great as soon as I entered the villa. The front yard is a lawn garden. The backyard can be barbecued and swimming. There are also many entertainment facilities in the villa (KTV, mahjong, billiards, game consoles, board games, chess...), away from the scenic Haitang Dam, Haitang Park, National Village, and Internet celebrity punch-in park 1903 are very close (you can walk). I originally planned to play for a day. I didn’t expect to play too much for a few more days. The boss was also very enthusiastic to make tea and introduce the attractions to me. It feels very warm, as if I am back to my own home. The room is clean and tidy. It is worth recommending. Next time I bring my family and friends to Yunnan to pack this whole villa to play."
