"Booked this for a business trip, and it was great, so I extended my stay. I ended up staying for 2 nights. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Gongbei Port, which was a very thoughtful touch. The facilities are brand new, recently renovated, and the bathtub was incredibly comfortable. There was no strange odor in the room either."

"I booked a King Room with an ocean view. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination."
