"The hotel staffs are very polite. I haven’t pass by one staff who did not greet me. Excellent service.
Excellent location. Supermarket at B2, subway and underground street mall at B1, food court at level 3 and 4, cinema at 5. The hotel lobby at 7, and use a different elevator at 7 for room access. Other non hotel guests cannot reach hotel floors.
Pro: Pola skin care samples and coffee packs at lobby to take for room use. Floor to ceiling big window at room for excellent street view. Considerably big room for Japan standard. Get two fancy bottle water per day.
Con: 4000 Yen breakfast per person is a little expensive, but recommend to buy at least for one day. Great variety and quality food at breakfast."

"location is rather outside the main busy tourist area, but the hotel offer free shuttle to sapporo, it could be better if they have evening schedule too. Room is rather spacious as in Japan, amenities are good in quality. Bottle of drinking water has been provided everyday. Breakfast is great, a wide variety of choice."

"I wanted to stay somewhere near the Sapporo Station because I planned to join the day-tour to Biei and I also needed to take the train to Otaru, so the location of the hotel was pretty good although there were a few more hotels that were a bit closer to the Sapporo Station. Still, every staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was big enough to keep 2 suitcases open, which I personally liked the most. Also, this hotel is known for its delicious breakfast and it was even better that a buffet style and a Japanese style are served, which I enjoyed a lot as I stayed for 4 nights. Lastly, although it takes about an hour and a half to get to the airport, you have an option to take the bus to the airport from the hotel. Unless you are planning to stay somewhere near Susukino, this hotel can be the one great choice."

"Large hotel. Basic room, but not a bad size for Japan. Room cleaning every 4th day, but fresh towels daily. Our room was uncomfortably warm (in February with snow falling outside), even with the heater off. We needed assistance from reception every time we wanted to open or close the window as our room had no window handle? Soundproofing wasn't great from both adjoining rooms and the main road outside.
Not bad but have stayed in better in Susukino for a similar rate."

"The location is excellent, and I really like this hotel. Everything else was great, apart from one of the front desk staff who seemed a bit aloof. Additionally, when we checked in with children, they didn't proactively provide kids' slippers, despite having them available. Susukino is right on the doorstep, and downstairs there are convenience stores in three directions, making it super convenient for picking up essentials. Next time I'm in Sapporo, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

We expected that the hotel staff would help with making reservations at some restaurants that required phone reservation as it would be impossible for foreign travellers who had no Japanese mobile no. But the staff refused and didnt even try to help find a solution.
The good thing is hotel is located near many attractions and main station (however it was a bit difficult to find at first)."

"Checked in at 930pm as we arrived at airport late. The check in was through machine but was assisted by the staff. The room that I booked was a triple room. Three beds were available in the room. The room was located at 19th floor. Room was quite small and basically there was very little floor space for the suitcases and we had to use the small couch at the end and also the “corner” space to half open the suitcases. Bathroom was ok with the bathing, wash basin, and toilet all separated. Was also surprised that there was only a small window at thr back of the center bed.
We included the breakfasts and the spread was excellent. My mum said the breakfast suited her taste. There are food for everybody. See the photos.
There were washers and dryers at the 2nd level, the same floor as the reception. The cost is 200yen for the washer and 100yen for the dryer, which are really cheap compared to other hotels.
Other than above, there was no other mentionable amenities. The best thing is probably its central location."

"Great hotel, clean and comfortable room, convenient location! One thing that surprised me, though, was a total lack of laundry machines... it's the only hotel in Japan from 20+ that I've stayed in that doesn't have coin laundry on site... this made it not very convenient... other than that, it was great!"

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was very smooth, and the front desk staff's excellent English made communication effortless. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they offer luggage storage for early arrivals. The communal bath here isn't a natural hot spring and was rather unremarkable. On the other hand, the in-room bathtub was a pleasant surprise – it came with bath powder, and the water pressure was great. All toiletries were individually packaged, which was both convenient and hygienic. Breakfast was predominantly Western-style and just average in taste, though the soup curry is highly recommended.

GGuest UserStill one of the best hotels in Sapporo, I keep coming back here and ended up extending my stay much longer than planned, because everything is so perfect here. The deluxe rooms are some of the best in the city, and are really worth the extra money. The room service is excellent, but the great part about Premiere is the staff and the location next to Nakajima Park. Having stayed in almost all the hotels near the park, Premiere is by far the best. It reminds me of going into Park Hyatt Tokyo because of the elevated level of professionalism, where it's taken to the level of magic. All the girls working at the front desk have some kind of special energy, like they believe in it. Every detail is accounted for. The laundry service is some of the best I've ever seen, everything comes back perfect. The lobby cafe is great. You can walk right outside into the park. As an artist, I'm always inspired when I come here. Every time I stay at Premiere something really special happens, this is tricky because I want everyone to know this is the best hotel, but I don't want it to get sold out next time I visit :P What a beautiful hotel. The general manager and the whole team really deserve special recognition for running a great hotel. Thank you for such a great stay.

GGuest UserOverall, the experience at Cuishanxi was very good, but the service of several male waiters left me with a very bad experience. One was the male waiter who checked in. His overall reaction was very bland. Having stayed in so many high-end hotels, I felt that his attitude was average and indifferent. At that time, we were not told that we needed to pay 150 yen per person for the private hot spring. I was wondering why they didn't tell us that it was not necessary? But the most annoying thing was the male waiter who checked out the next day, a thin male waiter. When we checked out, we asked him if there was a bus (although there was no bus when we asked before checking in, just a tentative question to see if there were any variables), he said no, it was normal to get here. Then we asked him to book a taxi for us. He said he was very busy now. Didn't he think about making an appointment when he got up in the morning? ? Oh my God, am I here to stay in the hotel, or do I want you to teach me? I didn't say that a taxi would pick me up immediately. I just booked a car. It's my own problem to arrive early or late. Do I need to listen to you teach me how to do things?  Fortunately, when we walked around and went back, we met a female receptionist with a very good attitude. She was very kind to help us consider three options and even tried to help us coordinate the bus position. In the end, we took the bus. Otherwise, I would definitely complain to this man! So I strongly recommend that other male waiters learn more from this woman!

Cchen0312The rooms were very clean, the hotel felt new, and the service was excellent, though it was quite pricey. Each bed came with both a soft and a firm pillow, which was a nice touch. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children, and booked two standard rooms. The Ctrip booking process was a bit confusing; it seemed to charge for 3 adults for what appeared to be a 2-adult-1-child setup. At check-in, the front desk confirmed our booking for three adults, but helpfully clarified that children under 5 dine for free. We were also assigned a triple room, which was a nice bonus, although I'm not sure if it was related to the initial pricing discrepancy or a standard hotel amenity. For those unsure about breakfast, a tip would be to book your stay without it and then pay for it directly at the hotel.
The hotel's public bath (onsen) and gym were both quite small. Breakfast quality was decent. During our two-day stay, we found the pastries to be quite exquisite. There was a live cooking station offering asparagus and cheese, as well as a delicate, made-to-order scallop dish. While beautifully presented, the scallop dish didn't particularly stand out in terms of flavor.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the JR station. Directly opposite the hotel is an Izakaya called 'Saki no Kura' which is very traditional, welcoming, and delicious, serving sashimi, grilled dishes, and a variety of seasonal specialties – definitely better than the options found in shopping malls. Hokkaido University is also just across the road, which was perfect for letting the kids run around.
Overall, aside from the price, everything else was fantastic.

NNg Siong BoonThe hotel is really close to JR Sapporo, and within walking distance to several places of interest. The space of the room is really big for a family of 4. There's a table where we bought and shared our dinner. Really nice ambience.
The staff can converse in English. They're warm and friendly.
Try the restaurants where you can order both Japanese and Spanish dishes, regardless of which restaurant you are seated.

Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather

A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

SStephen k FungShort 8-10 mins walk from Susukino subway station. Easy check-in with passports. The usual routine. Hallway on our floor was quite dusty (I could feel the stuff in the air while ceiling a/c was blowing) while walking through from elevator to room. Clean room with all amenities. Free WiFi. The usual uniformed expectation across most of hotels in Japan. Hotel situated in the area with seedy buildings signs and messages. Again, this would only bother those who can read Chinese / Kanji and/or Hirgana Japanese characters. Mae station for tram access is only a few mins away for various parts of in and out of town, including Mt. Moiiwa access. Super easy with Suica or coins.

KKhemarin PensaengonGreat location — it's right in the city center and very close to Sapporo Station, with an underground walkway that connects directly to the station, which was super convenient, especially in bad weather.
The room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable and easy to use. Overall, a very convenient place to stay if you're visiting Sapporo.
