"I booked this hotel for a ski trip. There's a shuttle bus right outside that goes to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. The room itself was pretty standard and on the small side. Breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately, the taste was just so-so, nothing particularly delicious. The service was decent. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is reasonably convenient. I wouldn't recommend staying here if the price is inflated."

"The room was great, service was attentive, and everything was clean. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit monotonous and the same every day.
Having a large public bath was a huge plus; it was lovely to soak in it daily.

"We stayed in a room with four single beds, which had ample space. The location is incredibly convenient, right outside Sapporo Metro Exit 21. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to JR Sapporo Station. Diagonally opposite is Tokyu Department Store, and on either side of JR Sapporo Station, you'll find Daimaru Department Store and STELLAR PLACE, both excellent places for shopping. Sapporo TV Tower is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is a 10-15 minute walk. There's a famous soup curry restaurant, PICANTA, just over 100 meters away. Walking to Sapporo Factory takes about 15-20 minutes. You can also book direct buses to Teine Ski Resort for morning and evening trips. The room was cleaned daily, and the hotel staff were all friendly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also good."

"The room exceeded our expectations. We booked a double room, which was quite spacious for Japan. The cleanliness was excellent, very spotless. The location is superb, very close and convenient to the subway station, and also very near Odori Park, just a few steps downstairs to enjoy it. It comes with a mini-fridge, heater, deodorant, and other amenities. The front desk staff (both male and female) were very friendly and enthusiastic! The lobby also offers hot and cold water and coffee. We paid 290+ per night, which is excellent value for money. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I'll include some photos from our Hokkaido trip instead."

"I had a wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel. There was initially a mix-up with Daiwa Roynet Nakajima, but it was resolved smoothly and did not affect the overall experience.

"The hotel is strategically located near to metro station (walking distance) and yet it's not too near to the tourist spot as it will be too noisy at night. I can just walk an extra mile to reach the center of Hokkaido. There is also a beautiful park with children playground next to the hotel, and it looks amazing with snow!
The part I don't get used to initially was I have to pass the key to the lobby whenever I leave the hotel (I didn't ask much on the reason, I just accustomed to the practice). So far, they have been very helpful too! You can choose not to housekeep your room and they will offer you a free drink for that! But I still need them to housekeep my room everyday because we need the cleaner to clean the dustbin with diapers and tidy up the messy room with kid.

Standard check-out time for all hotels here is 11 AM. We didn't manage our time well and checked out half an hour late, but after calling the front desk, they were understanding about it."

11366199****This is an older, established onsen hotel. The public bath was very comfortable and not crowded, with toiletries from Pola and another brand provided. The room was spacious, and the private onsen in the room was also very relaxing. In the lounge area, you can enjoy bread, coffee, and juice, and alcoholic beverages are available in the evenings. The hotel offers a free bus service from Odori Station; we booked the 11:30 AM bus to the hotel and the 1:00 PM bus back to Sapporo, which worked out well for our timing. The hotel's food was just average.

HHaidawayGood hotel which located near the Sapporo station. I stayed there for 6D5N and it was snowing for a couple of days. So staying near the subway and APIA was important to us. There’s a public Onsen bath and open lounge for guests so it was good. A couple of downside was that there was some smell in the washroom, not sure if from the gutter or bathtub. And another thing was that the bedsheet was a bit uncomfortable compared to other Keio hotel. All in all a decent hotel for any tourists that wanted to stayed in central Sapporo area.

SSuiranshijingshenbingdanshimeiguanxiA truly pleasant stay! The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and the surrounding area is quiet. Although the room wasn't spacious, it was well-designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, were very friendly and welcoming, and proactively offered advice on city transportation. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, with a good mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and I especially recommend the freshly prepared hot food. The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's a highly cost-effective choice for both business trips and city sightseeing. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

MmcspikyOur family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip.
The room isn’t very large, but it was still comfortable and adequate for a family of four. We managed perfectly fine, and the heater/air-conditioning system was fantastic. It was very easy to adjust the room temperature to exactly how we wanted it.
A couple of small areas for improvement:
The laundry room only has three machines, so sometimes guests leave their clothes inside for too long, which can be inconvenient.
Parking is very limited — only eight slots, and availability depends on your car’s size. We were only able to park after switching to a smaller rental car. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to affiliated parking lots nearby at discounted rates.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great experience for the whole family!

Our flight arrived early, so we got to the hotel at 12 PM, but the hotel was fantastic. They had a room ready and let us check in early so we could catch up on sleep. NNG CHEAU CHENGI stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was very comfortable, free from the distraction of an unnecessary decorative bed runner. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
It would be helpful to add extra signage requesting guests to refrain from loud phone conversations in the corridor, especially around midnight, as not all guests are considerate or aware of noise levels.

AAnonymous UserOne of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.

It's very close to the JR shopping area, Odori Park, and Tanukikoji shopping street, all within about a 6-minute walk. Right outside the hotel, to the left, is entrance #7 to the underground passage. Across the street is entrance #8 (which has an accessible elevator, very convenient for luggage). You can walk directly from JR Sapporo Station to the hotel via the underground passage, which is a big plus when there's snow on the ground and dragging luggage is inconvenient. This is an economy hotel, and the hygiene is quite good. Rooms aren't cleaned daily; for a three-night stay, it's cleaned once, but fresh towels are left outside the door every day. In the lobby, you can find skincare and toiletries, and garbage bags can be requested from the front desk. There's a Chinese staff member at the front desk who was helpful but never smiled, always maintaining a stern expression. Breakfast is served in the 2nd-floor restaurant, which also operates as an izakaya in the evenings. It was very mediocre; after three days, I was practically sick of it. It's a mix of Japanese and Western styles, and I wouldn't recommend adding it to your booking.

CClaire FanWhen I first arrived at the hotel around noon, all I could think was, ”Wow, this place is massive!” After checking in that afternoon, I realized not only was the lobby huge, but the room was also incredibly spacious. It's easily the biggest room I've stayed in across all my trips to Japan! Even the hot spring area and the restaurants were enormous. Everything was just huge, which is probably why there were so many tour groups – lots of elderly groups from Korea, Japan, and China. Honestly, I absolutely loved the seafood rice bowl and milk at breakfast. It's been two days since I've been in Tokyo, and I'm already missing it so much! 🥰
Dinner, however, was pretty average. There wasn't even any salmon sashimi, just a three-piece sushi plate with salmon and two other kinds of fish that I don't eat. I asked the sushi chef if I could just have a piece of salmon, but he refused and was quite rude about it... speechless.
