"I booked a deluxe king room with executive benefits. This hotel no longer offers complimentary shuttle service. Since my booking included executive benefits, I received complimentary afternoon tea and a dinner set menu. If you want to upgrade to a buffet dinner, it's an extra 100 RMB per person, which is still worth it. The room itself was standard, but a decent size. Compared to the 'pigeonhole' hotels I've stayed in before in Hong Kong, this room was much more spacious. The decor is a bit dated, but the French-style design still looks good. The gym is located next to the pool on the first floor and is also a good size. Zhuhai is right across the river, offering pleasant views. From the hotel, you can take a direct bus to Gongbei Port. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Lisboa. The hotel breakfast is very plentiful with a wide variety of options, and the service is excellent, including dedicated Chinese-speaking staff. There's a designated smoking area outside the first-floor restaurant, next to the pool. With welcome fruit and capsule coffee, the overall quality and ambiance are quite good."

"Galaxy Macau Hotel is simply the best family-friendly hotel! My whole family was extremely satisfied with our stay. **Facilities:** After telling the staff we had a child, they set up a tent bed and provided so many little extras for the kids, not just child-friendly toiletries, but also doll slippers and various other items. We also requested an extra bed, and they promptly set it up. A big thank you to the staff member who checked us in on the first day! **Hygiene:** We were also very, very satisfied with the cleanliness. It felt like the housekeeping staff cleaned more than once a day, perhaps three times. Not only did they meticulously arrange our belongings and clear the trash, but they were also incredibly friendly to the children, even leaving them some snacks and chocolates. **Environment:** The complimentary Grand Resort Deck offers endless fun for both adults and children. Even staying at the hotel all day, you won't get bored. Plus, the hotel is located directly above [missing information, perhaps a mall or attraction]. **Service:** The service definitely deserves five stars!"

"We spontaneously decided to visit Macau during the May Day holiday, and since we were traveling with a child, I looked for a hotel with convenient transportation. We entered through the Hengqin Port, took bus 25B to Grand Lisboa, and then it was just a few hundred meters walk to the hotel. The hotel's decor had a very authentic Macanese style, with a quaint charm. The room was spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness was excellent, with no missed spots and a very clean carpet. The breakfast, in particular, was truly outstanding. It felt like a proper breakfast restaurant, offering very authentic Macanese dim sum with substantial ingredients. Each person could order two steamed dishes and one noodle dish (rice vermicelli or regular noodles). The cream bun was delicious, even better than those from a bakery. The beef brisket ho fun was also very flavorful. The beef tripe and curry squid were fantastic, and the shrimp dumplings were packed with whole, large shrimp. It was truly excellent. Even at check-out, my child said they hadn't had enough of the breakfast yet."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. We owe a massive thank you to Sonia and Nate from the Concierge team. Unfortunately, an elderly family member had an accidental fall, sustaining a scratched arm. Sonia and Nate were absolutely incredible – they went above and beyond by helping us coordinate parking and even accompanying us to the hospital for treatment. We are profoundly grateful for their exceptional assistance!"
