"This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Zhuhai Wanzai Pier's inner bay, close to Macau's main island attractions like Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Camoes Garden. Currently, the casino downstairs isn't operating, so from Gongbei Port or Qingmao Port, you'll need to take a bus or taxi to get here. There are many bus routes passing right by the entrance, and they run frequently, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby has an old-money aesthetic. The room size is decent, and the bathroom is large, with a separate shower and toilet, and it's very clean. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a water purifier in the room where you can choose the water temperature, which is a great touch."

"Upon checking in, the lady staff member warmly spent half an hour showing us to our room and introducing us to everything Macau has to offer, from dining and entertainment to shopping. In the evening, there was turn-down service, and they neatly arranged all my belongings. I honestly couldn't believe it when I saw my tech bag – every single cable was coiled up and organized, and they even provided a mouse pad for my mouse! Housekeeping really went above and beyond! 👍 The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every staff member I encountered throughout the entire Galaxy complex, from the shopping mall to the hotel, was incredibly nice and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau!"

The location is excellent, very close to the bus stop and the shuttle bus stop for Macau's central district. It's right next to the Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau, which makes it super convenient to catch shuttle buses to Wynn Palace and other nearby hotels. There are also some small restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the prices aren't too bad."

Broadway features a vast array of over 40 local Macau and "first-to-Macau" popular Asian food brands, and even Michelin-star rated restaurants. Festive street performances can be seen throughout the day while the latest and best Asian and international performances are scheduled regularly at the 2,500-seat Broadway Theatre. As part of Broadway Macau, Broadway Hotel is a riverside hotel with its attentive "Asian Heart" service where our people make the difference. Broadway Hotel features 314 rooms and suites, a dramatic porte-cochere, valet parking and contemporary décor with panoramic views of the Pearl River Delta, across to Hengqin Island.

"Broadway Hotel was quite an interesting experience. The rooms are actually a bit small for our family since the beds were only 1.1 m. They provided us a really tiny crib, which was super uncomfortable for my baby. But at the very least, we were able to have one. The Broadway hotel is located at the end of the galaxy properties, so heading back to the hotel from the main facility and Venetian felt like a very decent walk, to say the least. Although not stipulated, we were able to use the pool at galaxy, which was nice. Once they open the grand pool deck, I don’t know if they’ll allow people staying at Broadway to use the facility. This should be stated clearly in Trip.com. Kids edutainment was quite good,, though it was nearly impossible to book a one and a half hour workshop. Overall, I gave full marks for everything, but I must say, the room was smaller than I thought."

From their guestrooms, guests enjoy views over the city and sea, not to mention easy access to the renowned casino. Two award-winning restaurants serve tantalizing Cantonese offerings. Macanese food and decent steak are on offer in the other two dining outlets.

"Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai ***** only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!"
