NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

My stay at the Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur was a remarkable experience. It was a most hospitable and comfortable stay. From reaching the doors of the Palace to the check-out, it was so outstanding. For our stay at the Front Desk, Ms. Pooja Kumari allocated the best room and Ms. Riya & Ms. Shiwani welcomed us with Taj rituals and escorted us to our room. At Marble Arch, we had our meals and the Food and Beverage service team Ms. Vidushi, Mr. Aslam, Mr. Monu Pratap and Mr. Pankaj Chouhan took special care of our dining. The Tajness experience at the Palace was the wow part of our brother and sister's stay. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for placing the amenities and decorations for my sister's special occasion. At the time of departure Mr. Vishvas, Mr. Virendra, Mr. Yatharth & Mr. Khem assisted us. Special Thanks to Mr. Dilip Chouhan for this experience. I highly recommend this Palace stay to anyone visiting Jaipur. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, Jai Mahal Palace is sure to leave you with unforgettable memories. Excellent rooms, efficient and courteous staff and sumptuous food !! Well done, keep it up !!! The Front Office Manager and his team took great care of us, the housekeeping and In Room dining teams were great, the food was absolutely delicious with great care from The Chef and his team and the service at the Restaurants were excellent by the servers Aslam and Vikram !! Kudos to the Jai Mahal Team !!!

The service , food ( specifically breakfast was amazing ). Chef Bhavesh made poached eggs and omelette which were great. Their housekeeping was also the best. Reception people were amazing. Overall must stay place and will definitely recommend. The kids enjoyed playing chess too.

Taj has always been known for its customer service but this one is exceptional in all aspects . If you want to feel like royalty then visit here . The staff will make sure to give you a memorable experience as experienced by us . We went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and we enjoyed every moment . Property is majestic , beautiful and gives you a sense of opulence. The evening rituals , horse cart ride , tasty food and personal attention elevated the overall experience. Enjoyed every minute and would come back again soon . Special mention to Ms. Pooja Kumari ( Duty Manager) and Mr. Aslam for going above and beyond their duties to make our stay memorable and enjoyable .

It was a wonderful experience overall. The staff was very courteous and F&B was par excellence. The best part was that my friend Ms.Sudha Suri inadvertently dropped her diamond ear ring in the hotel, upon informing the hotel, they found out and handed over to her. She was thrilled and was grateful to the hotel.

Food was amazing but the service and specially the people serving at the table were extremely professional but loveable at the same time. Special mention to Aslam Ji for all the love and smile he spread around us also Mr. Vikram and Aman were excellent
