Stay in hotel was so so about experience at all levels ***** with Nature. Best hospitality. We enjoyed every minute from check in to high tea with folk music to dinner and morning breakfast with singer. Kids enjoyed the ebike on the property like Nature walk. Pool at right place to enjoy greenery.

We are frequent travellers and stayed in many hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn was One of the best hotels we stayed at from its location, view, room, food and staff perspective. Special mention to Sudham who had gone above and beyond to make our stay best ever. And the rates are extremely reasonable and value for money. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Jaipur

I stayed at several Taj hotels during my tour of Rajasthan and Delhi, and the Devi Ratn was by far the standout stay of my trip. I didn’t have any expectations when this hotel was booked for me by someone else, but it came to be my most memorable stay (even more so than the famous Taj properties elsewhere). The property is so beautiful and unique; the rooms and bathrooms so large and comfortable; and most importantly, the service made me feel so genuinely welcomed and happy to be there. From the hotel manager (Farhan), to all of the golf cart drivers and wait staff at the restaurants or pool, to even the musicians and performers - nothing felt insincere or ingenuine. My dream trip to see all the sites of Jaipur was carefully created for me by the manager (Farhan), who found the perfect tour guide (Rahul Bhattacharya) to take all the Instagram photos at all the best sites for me. I couldn’t get over how much everyone went out of their way to make my wishes come true and make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I cannot recommend it more strongly and would love to come visit again just to stay at the property and not do any sightseeing.

Rooms are good and spacious. Hotel's ambience is nice. We really liked the food and service of hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. I took hotel cab for city tour. Driver Vijay was good. Entire hotel team was good. Thanks to Kanika's team for making our stay memorable.

Starting from the approach to the property, this property is going to be convenient if you are going to come from the new highway as compared to the hotels, which are there in Kukas. Secondly, this is a really different property and quite a boutique and premium property compared to most hotels, You have even in a city like Jaipur. It’s built on a very unique architecture, which makes it confusing at the start, but that’s what gives it’s a charm which makes it special for the guest starting from the entry. When we came to the property. We had a wonderful experience with a really pretty room and really good service throughout the day, there are people who are always looking to welcome you and give you a great experience, evening show is good fun and the breakfast is really good. Also, the natural environment around the hotel is something to cherish and the swimming pool is quite nice for the family. It’s certainly a bit secured at the night when you’re coming from the main city, so make it a point to come a bit early and enter the hotel at the right time. This is a property that I would love to visit again and experience More in different weather and not summer, but even in summer, it’s a property worth a visit. If you’re planning to head out for a week and getaway. my recommendation would be to plan for two days and not one as you can’t really do justice to this place in one day , thanks to the wonderful Team for taking care of us so nicely and making this trip very special. This might be a IHCL selection property but truly Taj experience

The overall stay was amazing. People there are so humble polite and helpful. I m amazed with the hospitality we received. Right from the people welcoming us to Kanika who attended us at reception to the cart driver, housekeeping people every one was. The reservation process was smooth, thanks to Suhas, The check in was so smooth. We dint have to wait for the formalities and all, thanks to Kanika. We were having our kid *****, they offered him toy at the very start. They made us so comfortable there. Not to miss they upgraded our stay from delux to luxury after knowing that it is our anniversary. They gave us surprise by decoration and special cake. It was relaxing there. The property is worth visiting for people who are seeking a relaxing gateway. Kudos to the whole team.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location is stunning. The staff is fantastic, very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is amazing. The resort is environmentally conscious, welcoming to everyone, and supports the local community. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. They have great facilities for both kids and adults, and the staff is very supportive of the elderly guests.

Recently I visited Devi Ratn with my family for dinner at Oriental Pavilion, and I must applaud that it is the best Pan Asian restaurant in Jaipur, with mouthwatering food and excellent service. It’s like a complete package of happiness. Right from their kitchen team Chef Dev, Chef Darban and Chef Dinesh to their smiling service team Arun, Aniket and Glory. Everyone were on their toes to make sure that my family were well taken care of. Beautiful and clean hotel and amazing staff. Planning to stay with my extend family very soon.
