The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

We had an incredible stay at Jaypee greens. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The food was delicious. The property is well maintained and very beautiful. The swimming pool area is wonderful and pretty. We captured some great photos at the property. Looking forward to coming again :)

The entire experience was fantastic. We have enjoyed the stay. Loved the hospitality and golf course view was the highlight. I have visited with my family and everyone loved the stay. Management was too good. I would suggest readers do visit this property

Our two day trip was extremely comfortable and enjoying. Staff was very courteous and polite, esp. Rishika Verma (guest relation) whose hospitality was outstanding. Food was very tasty with lots of variety. Housekeeping was also very good. Wil visit again.

Clean sheets and comfortable arrangements. Housekeeping team was very responsive, helpdesk was actively responding. Overall experience was great. The morning brunch was good……………………………..thanks to front desk team specifically thanks to Rishika also.

It was great to return to the Jaypee for the third time and as before they didn’t disappoint. Excellent service and friendly attentive staff always anticipating our needs. Check in was smooth with special thanks to Rishika in a guest relations ,that ensured we had our suite located in the best place to fulfill our needs during our stay. They were always there to help us with everything we needed and make sure we were happy with every aspect of our stay. thanks front desk team.

Excellent property. Very courteous staff especially the front desk and housing . Well maintained . Overall good with and conference facility. Great experience, excellent for quality time with family, staff is excellent, and the property is maintained really well.. Rishika ensured we had a good stay and a great experience And even the restaurants were quite good Highly recommended.
