The hotel crew is friendly and the waiters are very good, recommended one of the places to stay in Jember, suggestions for a more varied breakfast menu

The place is comfortable and quiet, clean, facilities OK. Only there were a few mosquitoes in the room. For the breakfast menu. OK. 24 hour food service

When I was check in the hotel, I gave my reservation which stated there that I prefer double bed. It was not the type of room I requested ( request double bed got a twin bed) I was not happy and the employee there told me that it's upon availability and already inform me before (in act, I didn’t receive any information from the staff) First time I check in, I feel so damn hot in their room. But i'm still ok,not complain. The experience was not that great, fall short of my expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality of rooms Room was dirty, the sheets were dirty.

Clean spacious room, friendly staff, unfortunately most do not speak English, nice swimming pool, unfortunately the pool edges were very dirty, breakfast is poor by Western standards, only toast bread, you have to spread bread with 1 knife at the buffet, very unhygienic, everyone is there, hot buffet was lukewarm to cold, this homestay is very popular with the locals, WiFi is very poor in the room on the ground floor.
