Fine for business trip but noisy and not so clean

房間比較寬敞，不過擺了沙發就比較擁擠。採光挺好的。對面就是王府井，去萬達廣場和焦作站步行十幾二十分鐘可達。吃飯挺方便的。臨街比較嘈雜。
寢具和毛巾都很好用。服務生熱情有禮。房間準備了水果和小零食，夜宵。
早餐蠻豐富的。本地特色胡辣湯和餅絲都不錯。
三樓的中餐廳融合菜出品還可以。對於廣東人來説口味有點偏鹹。

算是焦作比較貴的酒店，現在送簡餐、水果、酸奶，免費洗兩件衣服每天，免費高鐵接送，但我們之前不知道有這項服務。入住那天恰逢焦作大雪，網約車都排到200多位，等了一個小時多也沒有車，就深一腳淺一腳走到了酒店，全程1公里多，距離倒是不遠，但地下雪厚泥濘，還要翻過一座橋，終於頂着風雪走到了酒店。
衞生還可以，每天收拾房間，礦泉水充足，送高鐵站的小哥也很熱情。
服務本來都應該不錯，但有的服務員服務意識還很生硬，我住三天兩夜，想着可以洗四件衣服，來取的服務員就説不行，一次衹能取兩件，另兩件再約，害怕來不及幹，晚上又送兩件去洗，第二天送還衣服的服務員用責備的語氣，説多洗了她們要扣錢，真是死板，令人無語。

停車方便，保安師傅非常熱情幫忙指揮停車拿行李。酒店工作人員非常熱情，問好聲不斷。房間乾淨整潔，贈送了時令水果和牛奶，提供簡餐洗衣服務，非常滿意。

第一次來這裏住，服務太好了，還給做了簡餐，很好吃，前台有咖啡，熱毛巾，保安也幫助拉行李，房間乾淨衞生，非常不錯，下次出差還來這裏，早餐種類非常多，主要是服務太打動人了，一定還會再來
