房間很好，地理位置優越，跟萬象城緊挨着，有些房間還能直接看到奧體內場，早餐錯過了沒法評論，服務也很好，整體其實是可以全五星好評的，但是唯一的小問題就是停車場真的挺尷尬，地下停車場的出入口通行道很窄，要是問有多窄大概就是跟之前索菲特的停車場有的一拼。還有個小問題就是左右樓層的電梯並沒有在一起，電梯間有兩處，需要根據入住的樓層調整乘坐的電梯。多少有一點點不方便

設施：酒店很新，離濟南的新城中心CBD很近，周圍的交通設施比較完善，對入住的遊客出行很友好。 服務：正是因為地處CBD核心及靠近濟南新的市政中心，有不少公派考察團下榻。嗯……怎麼説呢，酒店對考察團的服務會過好，然後有點忽視可能在他們眼裡比較閑散的遊客的入住和退房手續辦理，前台經理態度較為機械和冷冰冰，對大部隊的就滿臉堆笑，有點不舒服。 環境：意外發現很多券商在該酒店所處的大樓裏，整體偏商務風，入住當天能看到很多正裝精英，還有部分帥哥。另外大樓的玻璃幕牆需要定期清洗了，圖一及圖三為酒店內窗户照出去的景觀，景觀是美，但是幕牆上的灰塵和污漬清晰可見。 衞生：星級酒店標準的樣子，不作過多贅述。圖四是酒店的電梯間座地煙灰桶的裝點，很別緻。
