Food was amazing. It’s on a clean clear beach so that’s a plus but you have to pay $10 for room service (room to be clean) and the WiFi only works in the lobby.

Well, when you come to our stay here, it’s really all about the beach and the staff . The bed was comfortable. The room was very tight I had a king size bed the shower always leaks water on the bathroom floor.. We had a leak above our bathroom ceiling for three days they don’t clean the room unless you pay $10 a day. We had no water for a couple hours, but there’s never seen to bother anyone else. I was so confused, but if you just looking for a cheap vacation on a great beach, nice people and edible food this is the place for you. enjoy the beach. If you like good accommodations, this place is definitely not for you.

Friendliness of staff was excellent.
The quality of food was good. The variety of food, local to international, was not sufficient. Would prefer a higher variety of international menu.
As this was a return visit to resort for a 4 week stay, the overall quality of food was much better this year than the previous year.

Over all my stay was good, the only bad thing was the intern was very bad, no service in my room to get intern you have to be by the reception area, and then it goes out on you sometimes.

The property was very quiet, grounds was well maintained, fair customer service and safe. I love Jolly Beach, which is to the front of the property. The pools were clean and well maintained.
However, the bedrooms were dated and is in need of an upgrade. Much more information is needed upon arrival, customers are not well informed about the facilities unless they ask for information (that could be improved). Otherwise, I had a good holiday at this hotel.

We were oversold and under delivered in the rooms the bathrooms had mildew the floors were very dirty they were never clean while we’re there it would’ve been extra money the fan had dust for years and the room was 150 ft.² we could not open our luggage on the floor there was not enough space we had to throw them on top of the bed that was no nightstand dresser no drawers there was nothing to store our private stuff we booked a double bed we got a full size bed

The only thing I liked was the beach. The food was not good. TV in room was broken and ignored our request to fix it. You had to ask for towels garbage bags, blankets.

Older property with very poor internet outside the lobby. Rooms very dated. My friend had $500 US stolen from his room and security had the nerve to say he lost it. Price is way to much for this type of 2 star resort.
For the record this is the first time i have every left a negative review and i am i platinum member with *******.

Do not waste your money on this resort. It’s half closed , no restaurants, most bars are closed and offer no entertainment. Had no working tv for 2 days, had ti walk threw puddles on the grounds and walk ways to get to my room.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Staff was very rude ans not helpful at all . Even the excursions we booked threw the resort didn’t show up to pick us up and they wouldn’t help in any way. No refunds were given after we asked for no services rendered
