定這個房間是因為到了康定，實在訂不到房間，這個房間價格還可以承受，位置也算比較好。位置確實離情歌廣場非常近，在小區裏面，沒什麼環境，房子一般，設施一般，房東是一對老年夫婦，人很熱情，很好，主動來接我們，帶我們去停車場（自費，一晚上30）在旅遊旺季的康定，有住的就不錯了
