Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice average hotel, helpful staff, OK location. Only downside is lack of coffee and tea at breakfast.

來喀什旅遊，在此住了四個晚上，後兩晚免費給升級為家庭房。酒店漂亮大氣，房間乾淨寬敞整潔。服務相當熱情，設施設備完善，早餐品種豐富。古城區域相當不錯的酒店！

4月29號，星期一入住，下了飛機，18點左右打出租車，司機有點聽不懂普通話，聯繫前台後，一個很温柔的小姐姐接聽話，她和司機説清楚酒店的位置，到店後，把車費轉賬給我，友善的講解酒店可以穿漢服拍照，有健身房，洗衣房，早餐時間等等，出去逛街時，也會和我打招呼，令人很温馨，我提出了幾個問題，這位小姐姐和另外一位小姐姐也詳細的解答了，贊贊贊！

設施：我們定的是商務大床房，房間很大，有小火車座位，就是衞生間淋浴門關不緊，洗澡水流又比較大，有水漏到外頭馬桶這，跟前台小姐姐反映之後，小姐姐迅速做了清潔，還送了我們果盤表達歉意，，誠意滿滿。
衞生：很乾凈，不愧是華住會旗下的酒店，品質有保障。
環境：酒店位於古城景區內，旁邊就是崑崙塔，自駕還提供停車票，酒店內部做成了閃靈電影裏周邊一圈是客房，中間是前台的形狀，一層還有沙發休息區和辦公區，前台設有熱水區和微波爐，還有愛心礦泉水供有需要的人士自取，非常貼心。
服務：前台小姐姐很有禮貌，也很熱情，早餐很豐盛，不過紅薯貌似沒完全蒸熟，餛飩的皮也好厚鴨，其他的還可以（o^^o）
綜上，略有缺點，但瑕不掩瑜，推薦入住😬

挺好的，第二次入住了，最近應該是淡季，我們延到四點才退房，酒店服務人員態度都很好，就是早餐一般，但是作為附加的東西也無所謂，下次還來。
