It is not réal 4 stars for me. Réception staff is really lovely.
But room condition is bad and old , smells not good.
It's almost staff are lovely.
Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" he make really bad mode for all clients .
Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you uncomfortable all sejour.
Be careful!!!

Clean hotel and swimming pool. Copious, good and renewed buffet.
The rooms need a refresh.
There is no shuttle to the airport contrary to the information given by Trip.
At the beginning of May there is a part of the hotel which is not open so no spa, no disco and no 2nd outdoor swimming pool so no slides.
There are activities during the day but often the same. The evenings are lively and varied.
Special mention for Rico.

We had a very pleasurable stay. My kids enjoyed the entertainment program very much and were never bored. Hence I had some time to relax. The rooms which definitely need some makeover were compensated by the friendly animation team. Kids already asked if we could come back next season to meet the animators again.

My kids loved the stay. The rooms could need some makeover, but that was compensated by the range of activities provided by the animation team. They were always very friendly and smiling which made it very pleasurable to participate. My kids were never bored hence I could relax too.

Been back a week now after spending a month here. The hotel,food, staff and especially the animation team excellent. We didn't take part in the daily activities (darts, archery, boules etc) and wasn't hassled into doing them. The rooms, although dated, were cleaned daily to an exceptional standard and the cleaners were very friendly. The hotel is a bit remote but there are buses and taxis outside the hotel. Unfortunately the shopping centre across the road was closed the whole time we were there, probably due to the season not fully up and running. The pool bar didn't open until we had been there a fortnight. A few tips, take a travel kettle if you want a cuppa in your room and antibac gel as there's none around the hotel and my husband picked up an infection and needed antibiotics. A few people we have to mention, Riko, Hiba, Sara, Zico and Momo (animation), Zumba (pool bar) and Camil and Aziz (lounge bar).

My experience at this hotel wasn’t great. Staff was rude. Not a place I would recommend if you have young children. I wouldn’t class it as a 4 star hotel the room are very run down and not clean. The hotel needs a lot of work to it.the cleaners have bad manors and was so rude when I gave them a tip they demanded more. Come across about 3 nice staff the rest come across rude.

I came to this hotel with my family and we stayed here for only 1 week. The hotel itself was ok, for example the food, decorations, layout, pool and furniture were all good and pleasant. The thing I would complain about the most was the staff, the staff barley spoke English and if they did speak English they would speak incredibly slow, it would also be broken English (that means they spoke a bunch of random English words together hopping we would understand what they are trying to say) and the entertainment team was way to pushy when it came to participating in their activities. Some of them were less pushy but still, I went there with family and my sister came home with a slight bruise on her arm because one the entertainment team grabbed her arm to tight just so she would stay and finish there activity. For whoever is reading this you can be the person to determine if this hotel is worth your time or not.

Perfect stay! El mouradi skanes a sumptuous hotel and the staff are top notch, especially the entertainment team who know how to set the mood all day long 😁 Located a few meters from the beach, ideal for relaxing in the sun! I recommend +++ grand merci a toute lequipe danimation🥰🥰🥰🥰
