Kings Langley

A nice quiet hotel with really friendly staff. With a real pleasant welcome from Adriana who seemed to do so much in various areas, a comfy bed, and a fulsome breakfast, all set in a nice community, it made for a good weekend break. Well done Gary and staff in the breakfast room. Thank you.

Good value overnight stop experience. Great beds, plentiful breakfast and pleasant staff. A bit miserly with towels but otherwise ideal for an economical stopover. The hotel is well presented, clean and in pleasant surroundings. Nothing fancy, just does what it says and does it well

Bed was nice room was lovely could use a fridge but breakfast was stunning and staff are very friendly couldn't do enough for you. Will stay again very good for the potter studio tour only 10 min away. Soke lovely pubs in the area highly recommend roast and Crown for food and drinks. Also the Miller and Carter restaurant next door was very nice

This has been the best Premier Inn experience we've had - such helpful staff (from the friendly man on reception, to the lovely Brazilian family in the breakfast room), a fantastic vegan/vegetarian selection of food, usual comfortable room and easy parking.

Frequent Business Guest ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ I have stayed at KL Premier Inn many times in the last 18 months. This Premier Inn is excellent. The location is good and there are plenty of choices for eating and drinking. However, what makes this place outstanding is the staff… or should I say the lovely people who work there. T (is that how I do it? T) The Manager, Marc with a C ,Sardah (the fashion guru) but most of all Adriana. They are all super helpful, super friendly and super lovely people, Prem Inn should be proud of this crew. Let me say though, the absolute diamond amongst them is Adriana. She is just brilliant…. don’t get me wrong guys you are all superb but Adriana has to get the 🥇. Good luck to you all and thanks for looking after me every single time I stay.

The staff made the stay here really pleasant. So helpful and friendly. Accomodation was good and bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good.

Lovely stay made even more special by a great staff team. Gary in the kitchen and the Manager (sorry forgot name) were really helpful and interested in us as customers. Breakfast was good and the location at Kings Langley is a good base to do lots from.

Quite an average hotel that is dated. At the end is another establishment - steakhouse that was really good. They share the car park. No lift made me regret packing 20kg into a suitcase as I managed the stairs up to my room. Basic amenities - but it is what was expected. The village is pretty with some good coffee and places to eat.

What on earth is going on at this hotel??? STAY AWAY!! I used to love coming here with nan and the family but the past few months- I’ve been twice it’s been atrocious here. Their standards their service is almost non existent. It feels like what ever we asked for was an effort. Shame as I used to like this hotel but we won’t be coming here again
