Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. I arrived at night because it was the Easter holiday and there were many people renting the hotel. Those young people kept the scorching sun in the room and it was very noisy. It can be said that the sound insulation was very poor all night. There were no big problems except that the floor was relatively thin and it was easy to hear the sounds from upstairs and downstairs.

From the start to end we experienced multiple issues. Reception is barely manned and we had to wait to check in. The sockets in room were fit too close to the wood trim so we’re unusable as plugs wouldn’t fit. Staff provided an extension cord to run from under tv and moved the tray to middle of desk. Toilet seat to big the door wouldn’t close smoothly . No bath mat or glass wear. We had to buy plastic cups for water. Offered complimentary breakfast for the socket inconvenience. As we had no scissors couldn’t open milk with out using teeth. The request for topping up tea coffee was missed, meaning we had no supplies for morning cuppa. Overall very poor stay. It was clean and quiet enough but won’t use the chain again. Very disappointing stay, wish we hadn’t bothered with the early check in or room upgrade to plus. Not worth the extra.

My Daughter was staying in the hotel with the team she was playing for in a sporting event near by. As I dropped her off I stayed in same hotel

You get what you pay for. Sahil at the reception ensured a smooth check-in, while Kaushal at the bar delivered outstanding service and food. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel offered great value for money. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and affordable stay!
