"TianTian is a great hotel here in Harbin. It's 3 mins walk to Zhongyang street. As you can already see the famous street from our room window. Sophia Church is 10 mins walk from the other direction. The room is big and spacious. Housekeeping Ayi is very nice and approachable. She refills our water daily and clean our room. We first stayed for 2 nights and then we went to Snow Valley. They allowed us to leave some of our luggages. After snow valley we came back and stayed for another 4 nights as we enjoyed the stay here at the hotel. Best part they have washing machine for free use. We will definitely come back soon maybe end of the year. 🫰❤️"

"Just wrapped up our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin Songbei, and I have to say, the professionalism and warmth of the entire team left a lasting impression. I simply must share my genuine gratitude. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded expectations. We got there a bit early, and Linda from the Executive Lounge, who was assisting at the front desk, along with her colleague Chris, quickly and enthusiastically processed our early check-in. Manager Ma even went above and beyond, kindly upgrading our room. This thoughtful 'welcome gift' made us feel incredibly valued. The service at the Executive Lounge, in particular, was exemplary. At one point, I accidentally knocked over a glass, and Linda immediately came over, showing genuine concern for my well-being and handling the cleanup calmly and considerately. Later, when I needed an ice pack after laser treatment, a male colleague from the lounge proactively and swiftly brought me one, solving my immediate problem. On our departure day, we were unable to return on time due to business in the southern part of the city. Sunny and Daisy from the lounge were incredibly understanding and actively helped us arrange a late checkout. This level of flexibility and thoughtfulness, putting the guest's needs first, was truly moving. Throughout our stay, we experienced not only high-standard facilities but also a well-trained, collaborative team. From Manager Ma's thoughtful arrangements to Linda's dedication and adaptability across different roles, and the consistent friendliness of Chris, Sunny, Daisy, and all their colleagues – everyone worked tirelessly to create a perfect guest experience. Our sincere thanks to the team for their dedicated efforts; we will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The room environment was excellent! It was very clean and spacious, with spotless bedding and a sparkling bathroom. The owner was also very kind; we arrived quite early in the morning and since the guest in the king-size room we booked hadn't checked out yet, the owner upgraded us to a twin room for free. Plus, it's very close to Harbin West Railway Station, near a subway station, making it super convenient to get to attractions."

"This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!"

"The location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!"

"It was completely beyond expectations. I originally planned to book near Sunac, but after doing a round of homework, I found it here and found that it was a newly renovated homestay. The room environment was super good, and it was very clean. It was very close to the mall, and there were many delicious foods downstairs. The small walnut barbecue was delicious. This location is also great, I am renting a car for a self-driving tour, very close to the Tiger Forest Garden of the Grand Theatre, it is easier to park downstairs, highly recommended!"

"I honestly think this is one of the best hotels in Harbin. A big thanks to the front desk lady who upgraded my room! Getting straight to it, from check-in to check-out: First off, the high-speed elevators are incredibly smooth, which is a huge plus. I timed it, and it took less than a minute to get from the underground parking to the 42nd floor. Since the lobby is on the 42nd floor, and you have to go through it to switch elevators to the guest rooms, having such efficient elevators for frequent use is really important. Secondly, the Chinese restaurant has a pretty good selection of dishes, and the taste is quite good for a five-star Chinese restaurant. It leans a bit salty, which might be because of the colder northern climate needing stronger flavors. The dim sum, however, was just okay, and I hope they can improve it. The prices are relatively reasonable, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant are very professional and provide excellent service. It would be even better if it were on the 43rd floor instead of the 5th. Now, about the room: The view from the scenic room is fantastic, the bedding is comfortable, and the wide sofa and double sinks are great for families. I just wish they'd add a spotlight near the entrance as it's a bit dark there. In the evening, the executive lounge would be a perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, I was with my kids, so I didn't get the chance, but I'll definitely go next time. Finally, before checking out, I tried the hotel breakfast. It's quite interesting because it's open until 1 PM, which is incredibly thoughtful! The variety of dishes is also very rich. Due to my travel plans, I only stayed one night, but if I have more time next time, I'll definitely bring my kids to stay for a few more days."

"This hotel is incredibly close to Central Street, literally right outside the door. The room was spotless, and having a washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our flight was late, and they allowed us a late check-out until 2 PM without any extra charge. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile and were genuinely enthusiastic. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."
