"This is my 2nd time to stay in Bayprime hotel. I had to come again because of its ambience, excellent amenities, spacious bedroom and the bed, love it! Unfortunately, I wasn’t t able to avail of the breakfast because I had a very early flight. But this time, I totally enjoyed the food! So lavish and tasteful.My friend and I also dined at the restaurant . We loved their sweet and sour pork and dimsum🥰 I will bring my family with me this summer and stay in Bayprime. My family is looking forward to staying in Bayprime❤️"

"It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5."

"The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower. Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time."

"This is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here."

"Stayed for a night with bestie. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and very spacious. There’s a fridge, a safe and tv. Complete toiletries and comfy bed. MOA and Manila Bay is about 1km on foot. For entertainment , City of Dreams is about an 8min walk. Sequoia Hotel seems to be popular with families. Pool was a nice spot to chill and have a drink or two. Breakfast was nothing special. But good enough. I feel as though it’s not worth the price. There’s a 7-11 around yhe corner for a quick, affordable fix."

"Overall I have excellent experience especially with the staff services quite a team out there 👏 I would like to extend my genuine gratitude to the Receptionist (we forgot to ask for their names) as well l, who accommodate us with all the information that the hotel has to offer. Thank you to those pretty ladies who welcomed Me and my Daughter on March 28, 2026, the night shift ladies around 8PM -9PM also to the Guards who were also friendly and smiling. And to all the staff of Manila Lotus Hotel who were really helpful and supportive of our stay in the Hotel. Plus wow the breakfast was superb ❤️ it made my daughter happy 😆 thank you guys definitely we’ll book again."

"The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"Had a very satisfactory stay at BSA Towers in Ortigas. The location is extremely convenient—right in the heart of Ortigas Center and just a short walk to malls, restaurants, and essentials. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Great value for money considering the prime location and comfortable amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas."
