We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis which I would not recommend. We travelled as a family of three with a six-year-old. Poor choice for children. Kids buffet was haphazard, not guaranteed every night. Only one main choice for dinner so if you are vegetarian, no option for you. if there was salad there was no soup if there was soup there was no salad! Hardly any bar staff on to get a drink with your meal no one really checking dinner Tickets so you could probably eat dinner there and not pay. Aside from that room was okay. Cleaning service again is haphazard, i had to ask three times to get it cleaned. location is very central, so really handy for zero point and all main central immunities but be warned that comes at a price. It can be quite noisy. Overall I would not stay again.

Where do i start Just an out of the world place to be. The hotel was amazing well worth the upgrade beautiful room. I stay all over the world and many hotels but this was lovely beautiful spacious clean. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough we where all so so sad to leave and are now looking at booking for a return. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

170km north from Rovaniemi in Levi Ski center. Cabin is located in Länsirakka right next to the center.The cabin was originally build in 1980 but has been expanded later. The cabin has been totally renovated at summer 2019. The semi-detached cabin has 71,5m² downstairs and 20m² upstairs (balcony).There is a newly renovated kitchenette and a living area downstairs in addition to two spacious bedrooms with two beds each (beds are together). Combined toilet and utility room is located between the two bedrooms. Bathroom and sauna were also completely renovated. There is another toilet located in the bathroom.Balcony has beds for four people. There is one double bed and two single beds.This fully renovated cabin is located right next to the services of Levi center. Cross-country skiing tracks starts almost right at the cabin and closest ski lift is only few hundred meters away. The spacious cabin is a great place to have a lovely cabin holiday enjoying sauna and awesome outdoor activities.

In the Levi tourist resort in the center area. Wood and stone built house on the second floor of the apartment hotel.Built in 2006. Kitchen-living room with sofa bed, small loft with steep stairs (3 beds). Electric sauna and washroom. NOTE! The kitchen has hobs and a separate mini oven, which should only be used under the extractor fan and not same time with hobs.The apartment has Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (second TV in the loft).The house has in shared use a laundry room, warm room for ski maintenance, also own lockable storage cabinet and heat plug for the car. Renovated apartment in the center of Levi. All services within walking distance. For example, restaurants 300-600 m, spa 650 m, ski slope 650 m, golf course 4 km.The apartment has one parking space, for which the guest must register with the ParkkiPiste application or via the website. Registration is free of charge.

the bed was small and the bathroom‘s shower head was broken and there were no shampoo and body wash in the room.won’t recommend.

Would like to give a higher rating as we had a wonderful 3 night trip to Levi but accommodation was disappointing. When booking through Tui it was not clear that we were not staying in the hotel. Was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel, across a road, which was inconvenient as one adult with a young child in snowy conditions. When I asked if anything could be done was told a straight no by the receptionist. No Wi-Fi or internal phone to call the hotel in our apartment. Was very basic and more suited to self catering. Sauna did not work, and on our second day had no hot water for a shower. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Was opposite a garage/supermarket so felt quite lonely and not part of the hotel complex. Was unsure the door locked properly when inside so had to put a chair and table against it to feel more secure. Friends were staying in the main hotel and had a much nicer and convenient room. Had to try to explain to my child why we did not have decorations and Christmas lights in our accommodation like them. Positive things are great location for the town and ski/sledging slope, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Would love to visit Levi again but unlikely to return to this hotel or book with Tui.

A cozy rowhouse apartment just off Levi center. The skiing tack runs right next to the apartment and the ski slopes are within walking distance.
