I have been here the second time and i found quite few unpleasant things at the property . First the property has gone old ,the color of villas , cottages needs a repaint . That really would bring back the freshness . Limited items in food menu for Travellers from indian subcontinent . I am a vegetarian and only had option of either pizaa or fried rice in the last 3 days . Plus the property has gone expensive witn no extra benefits . This things has to be looked upon as i came with my family to show them a great property but i was quite upset when i came here . Hope the message reaches the decisionmakers .

First time to review the hotel. Let's talk about the hotel's good location right on the beach! The beach is across the pool! Corals and shells on the beach! In the morning, the ebb tide time is not suitable for diving into the sea. After 2 pm, you can go to the sea. If you can swim a little farther, you can find a lot of sea urchins. It is very fun! This island is really original, quiet and suitable for family vacations! The locals of the hotel are also very kind and warm to the Chinese! The day before check-out will also ask if you need to make an appointment to send the car to the dock. The price is also reasonable! Let ’s talk about the hotel hardware. I really bought Karma. The room for 1,000 yuan a night is very small. There is no toilet. No comb and toothbrush. Go to the front desk to buy a toothbrush. 150 baht. A toothbrush. I can see a lot of geckos eating on the wall outside. We ate two meals left at the two restaurants outside the hotel. The most unacceptable thing is that since there is no alcohol in the outside restaurant, it is said that only the hotel buys alcohol. 7-11 is far from the hotel and did not buy alcohol! The hotel is well-equipped with nearly 100 small independent villas. The infinity pool is amazing. The staff are very polite and nice. You can book sea tours directly at the hotel. The tour guide Toby is very nice. The price is reasonable and can be included in the room fee. In addition Be sure to try eating in the hotel restaurant, the prices are cheap and the food is of high quality! The only uncomfortable thing is that the bedding in the room is hard and damp, and there are paper towels thrown by previous guests in the bedside table that have not been cleaned. Overall, it should be the best hotel experience in the same price range on Changchun Island. However, it should be noted that the boat terminal suggested by Ctrip is wrong, it will take a long time, and it is easy to be deceived by scalpers at the port. It is recommended to follow Google Map directly. The hotel phone number provided by Ctrip is also unreachable. You can use Google Map Found the correct phone number.

Overall a good stay. Feels like it’s one of the best on the island. If you’re looking for a really quiet town with lots of sun and relaxation, this is it. Resort food leaves something to be desired. There is much better (and cheaper) food up the road within a few steps. Cleanliness is on par with the what I’ve seen elsewhere in Thailand. Would go back!

Stayed a week here, beautiful room and our own pool, with a stunning view. Staff here are all excellent cannot do enough for you, breakfast good if not quirky, you’ll find out! Good choice and super fresh. Hired mopeds 300 bhat for 24 hours, you need one to explore the island properly, ate a lot here all the food very good, everything closes down at 9pm, so we went to 7/11 store and got drinks for our patio area of an evening. You can totally unwind here, no late nights on the island, and everyone we came across were just great, super friendly and chilled, Will definitely come back here again 10/10 from us xxxx

We had a great stay in a Garden Villa - beautiful, clean and comfortable Villa. Loved spending time on the patio, the hotel even delivered us dinner one night to eat on our private patio. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Beach bar is cute with chairs to relax and enjoy an afternoon or evening cocktail. Location is the only potential downside to be aware of - most restaurants and sandy beaches to swim and spend time on the beach are on the east side of the island. If you are comfortable motor biking which we are, it wasn’t a problem to motorbike 15 minutes across the island or into the small town. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. But the location is quiet and beautiful!

We are so happy we chose to stay at SAM SAM and Koh Yao Noi! This hotel is a unique experience, full of beautiful art, kind and attentive staff, beautiful grounds with views of the surrounding jungle hills, and tucked away from the rest of the town. Each villa/suite seems to be incredibly private which I think is hard to find in other hotels. The basics are covered: breakfasts were delicious, beds comfortable, great AC, everything you expect from a nice hotel, but there were many extras as well! From the nice gym to the dojo to the scooter and bike rental to the table tennis, and more including many experiences. They booked all of our travel from our previous hotel in Phuket, to our next hotel in Krabi. It’s nice to feel cared for like this! We will be daydreaming about Koh Yao Noi and our time at SAM SAM until we are able to return again! Highly recommended!

Such a lovely place, such a lovely face! Can see amazing sunrise from the terrace, nice garden, private beach, terrific services, hospitable owner, wonderful 3 days spent there. Will come back again! PS: the hotel owner provides car pickup and delivery services, they make sure your boat has arrived before they leave the dock.

Hotel I love! Although it is a little far away from Phuket, it takes about 50 minutes by boat, but the environment on the island is really good, and it is very quiet, which is very suitable for vacation. The hotel is basically full of European and American tourists. We also talked to a couple from Germany. They said they were repeat customers. They especially liked it, so they went on holiday again. There is a big swing on the beach, it's super popular! There is also a small swing in the room, and it is a pleasant time to take a nap on it at noon. The restaurant has to add a service fee. The overall price is a bit expensive, but the portion of the dish is large and it is on the island, so it is normal for the price to be a little expensive. There are Thai food and Western food. I think the taste is very good and delicious! There was a singer at night, and the atmosphere was great. Overall very satisfied, I have the opportunity to take my parents back again!

We stayed in the Penthouse and it is truly a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and the Penthouse also has access to a private Jacuzzi on the top floor which has great views. Staff are extremely helpful. They also have their own scooters to rent which is a huge bonus. Lovely pools available and the beach front drinks relax area on the beach sand is wonderful. We only ate breakfast which was fine. I would definitely stay there again.
