整體還可以，乾淨衞生，還包早餐，提供停車位，可免費停12小時，服務也好，給安排了比較安靜的房間。就是半夜一兩點不知道是隔壁還是樓上，用水的時候可以聽到水管很大的聲音。然後就是隔壁聊天的聲音也聽得見，敲了一下床頭的牆，不是水泥牆，竟然是隔板，難怪如此。不過這個價位也算實惠了。

離市中心挺近的，前台也特別的熱情，有什麼問題都幫着解決，很不錯，主要是含早餐，我和朋友也住了很多天，體驗感拉滿，旁邊去翠湖昆明老街都特別方便，旁邊還有動物園，性價比很高，很滿意

大家別上當！開房時候説是去年裝修的今年開業都假的！明明還在裝修特別吵很灰，房間裏防塵布和膠條都沒撕灰都沒打掃很臟就給人住了，沒單間掛着單間免費升更高級的雙床小標間，結果就是這樣的境遇，凌晨還自己刷卡就來不知道是小偷還是裝鬼，天亮前台問還説什麼是我們訊息沒有敲門不應工作人員才刷卡進來的，訊息沒有我們怎麼拿到的卡怎麼開的房？！太惡劣了！我有留電話為何不打電話説一聲就私自闖進客户房間還悄默默的不吱聲，害怕一晚上睡不着！125元的房間住成這樣也是牛！反正我是需要投訴的

一個人來雲南玩，第一站選擇了昆明，原本訂的單人房，但前台小姐姐給我免費升了個大床房，超級感謝呀，房間面積算大的，設施設備（空調，熱水，熱水壺）啥的都沒有任何問題。附近距離地鐵和公交都不遠，性價比很高了，推薦入住哦。

酒店位於潘家灣地鐵站附近，走路十分鐘就能到翠湖，出去吃飯逛景點非常方便；酒店是新開業的，衞生乾淨，每天都打掃更換毛巾；前台服務熱情態度好，雖然在市中心但價格合理，每天有免費早飯，以後去昆明還會光顧。

房間新，採光好，沒有味道。位置出行便利，早晨一層有早餐，種類豐富。三月性價比超高，不知道春節期間什麼價格，如果以後去還想住這裏哈哈哈哈

酒店真的不錯！入住就送兩份早餐！空房多的話還給免費升級房型！服務態度也很不錯呀！

整個酒店還在一小半裝修狀態。很多東西都沒弄好。這麼大個酒店跟商場物業共用。中午客人退房高峯時間段，清潔部也跟着擠一部電梯。
隔音效果也很一般。

前台服務還比較熱情，房間裝修還是有點味道的，早上八點樓下開始上電鑽，強行叫早，早飯相對還行，需要定的朋友先問下樓下是否裝修完了
