Great stay with a great location! The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were very comfortable and clean. We were also taken good care of my Ms Pooh who checked in regularly to ensure that we were well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kunming!

Really loved my stay at Yilinlin (100 in mandarin, very punny!) the loft style room is unique and made the room feel spacious, with high windows and ceilings that let us have great views! There is 1 toilet in each floor, with the shower + bath (as well as a sauna I’m impressed!) on the 2nd floor where the bed is. The room was clean and looked new and modern. The staff at the reception were friendly + hospitable and it was easy to communicate with them via WeChat if we had any questions or requests (e.g. to tidy the room). Location is great - it’s near the metro and it’s convenient for Didi pick up to travel to various city attractions. It’s still a distance away from the main city attractions like Green Lake Park and Kunming Old Street but with Didi being so affordable and readily available, it’s honestly worth it compared to taking the metro especially if you’re travelling with older folks and/or kids. There are shopping malls in walking distance so it’s easy to get a wide variety of food and shopping options! I discovered quite a number of nice and famous bakeries in the shopping malls. If I ever have the chance to come back to Kunming, I would love to stay here again!

This time, Songpin Hotel was beyond imagination. The architecture and gardens are perfectly matched, and the room design is very reasonable, which is very suitable for vacation. I would like to especially mention the room ordering. The portion is really big. A fruit plate was not even finished by our family of three. The small pot of rice noodles was full (maybe because the food was delivered late, and the rice noodles were too big, so they were a little clumpy. After talking to the housekeeper, he specially made two bowls of soup for us. I was very satisfied). The only drawback is that the breakfast is a little monotonous, but overall it can be given a score of 4.9.

We are very satisfied with their service! Probably one of the most friendly and well trained staffs in hospitality industry. Ms. Zhou has been offering us fantastic services throughout our stay! She'll answer all the questions, with clear instructions and attention points. she will give us not just information, but also her personal advice too! We left a few luggages at front desk while we travel to other city, and collect them again when we returned to Kun Ming to continue our trip. They have taken good care of them for us and saved us a lot of trouble to carry them while we traveled. It's a huge favor for us! The room is fresh without smoking smell which is superb for hotels in China. Clean bed sheets and nice hot spring pool makes our stay even nicer! We'll definitely book it again when we travel to Kun Ming again.

Incredible service from the staff, they will promptly so their best to help you with your problems. After my friend and I split on our trip, I moved from the loft to the queen bed room, and it still had the same great amenities such as a stove top and washer dryer, and hotel provides a packet of laundry detergent. The thing to note about the drying function, if you plan to wash your, clothes, is that it takes 3 hours and you can't adjust the time. It's also very hot, so the machine door gets safety sealed and I had a hard time opening it. I called front desk and the staff kindly came upstairs and helped me open it. The room is clean and the hairdryer is Dyson.

The room is very clean. The slippers are very good. The location is also good. It is a living area. It is very convenient to go out to buy things and eat. There are fruits and vegetables in the vegetable market. It is convenient to buy all kinds of things. The hotel used to be a cadre training center. It feels like a downgraded four-star hotel. The double room was only 238 on May Day. I was very satisfied. The free mineral water was also very good. The room has a height of 3 meters and is comfortable and breathable. The washing machine and dryer are all Bosch brands. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The first Shilin roll rice noodle on the right hand side is delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly, qualified and enthusiastic. It is really a very good hotel.

The service of the hotel is as excellent as always, warm and thoughtful. The air conditioner fan is a bit loud. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately sent someone to repair it. They were worried that it would affect my sleep, so they sent me a gift the next day to apologize. They delayed check-out to 3 o'clock and sent me some fruit. The service is impeccable and I will come again in the future.

The front desk staff had a friendly smile, checked in quickly and efficiently, and there were handwritten reminders during cleaning. They proactively provided brown sugar ginger tea and warm baby. The restaurant waiter enthusiastically recommended cross-bridge rice noodles, poached eggs, etc., and almost ”met every request”. The hotel is also very conveniently located, and it is also very convenient to go to Dianchi Lake. When checking out, they also gave us a handmade flower cake as a souvenir, which made us return with full warmth. I really recommend it!

The whole hotel is literally a masterpiece. We came on a rainy evening but the rain just couldn't stop us from screaming: OMG it is fantastic😍! Besides the luxury decoration of the brand new hotel, the warm-hearted and hospitable front desk is also worth mentioning. The lady who worked night shift 8th June and in the afternoon 9th June is sooooo nice and even helped us wipe the water on our luggage. Here you can do the free laundry and enjoy the nice breakfast and afternoon tea, and you can expect delicious porridge and baozi from 9.30 pm to 11 pm. Anyway this hotel is such a goood place to stay whether you come to KMG for tourism (yes it is 10 minutes' walk to Dianchi滇池) or for a business trip😄

Stayed there for two nights. We had requested for a non-smoking room and was given one with a extremely smelly room. Fortunately, the hotel staff were really quick in replacing a new room for us, thus the 4 stars for their service. The design of the room is really unique too! A great place to stay if you are fond of quiet places as the location is pretty far from lively places and with limited food option around the area. Room was clean and spacious as well
