A relatively new B&B, a small building with 6-7 rooms on 3 floors, clean and sanitary, meeting basic accommodation requirements. Kamogawa Park is just outside the alley, and there are buses nearby, making it convenient to get to Zhiyuan, Kiyomizu Temple, Sanningzaka Ninenzaka, Kodaiji Temple, and Yasaka Shrine. You can also take a bus to Kinkakuji Temple.

Stayed for 4 nights, the overall experience was great! First of all, before check-in, the hotel team set up a WeChat group to understand our check-in needs, and provided Kyoto tour and dining suggestions. They also helped us book some very good restaurants and gave us many practical tour suggestions; During check-in, the team's 24-hour WeChat group standby was very considerate and timely to meet our various needs during our stay! Room experience: The room design is advanced, and it can be seen that the hotel has spent a lot of thought on hard and soft furnishings, taking into account both aesthetic expression and various life functions, making our stay very comfortable. The room is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, induction cooker and kitchen island. The single room area is more than 60 square meters, and it also has a tea break terrace, which is very suitable for family long-term travel. The geographical location is also very advantageous. The bus station and subway station are within 5 minutes of walking, and it is 3 stops away from the bustling area of ​​Kyoto. Convenience stores and delicious restaurants are all within 7-10 minutes of walking. In front of the hotel is the Kamo River Jumping Stone. My daughter goes to the Kamo River to play in the water every morning. In general, the geographical location is excellent and impeccable. The staff is very high-quality and considerate. Without exception, they can serve us from the perspective of guests, making us feel at ease like going home. This hotel has indeed become our home in Kyoto! I stayed for a long time. I brought it because I confirmed in advance that towel rental was charged, but in the long-term society, bath towels and face towels were rented for free and met. The washing machine became free, and I was able to spend a very fulfilling day 々 full of privileges. Also, the clean facilities and cozy shared space are very nice guesthouses that make you feel at ease every time you come back. The staff 々 was also kind and warm-hearted people who said ”welcome” and ”welcome back”. Also, when I come to Kyoto, I would like to stay at this guesthouse.

The location is near Kyoto Imperial Garden. It takes a few minutes to walk to the subway entrance, which is still a bit far, but the hotel has that old money feel. The service standard is there. You can ask for a room that is not on the side of the road. It is still pretty good. The keys are very retro, the bathroom is also very large, and the room is also very large. I just forgot to take a picture of the room.

A nice hotel in itself, it is pointed out that there is no regular room service and all toiletries are free at reception. It takes 7-12 minutes to walk to the bus and there is nothing going on in the area. When we wanted to check out, we were not informed that the elevator was being repaired (there are no stairs without an emergency alarm), so we had to wait on our floor for over an hour while no one answered the phone at reception.

An old hotel, next to the Rabbit Shrine, and opposite a 24-hour supermarket. I didn't know it at first, so I looked for food everywhere. It's close to Eikan-do Nanzenji Temple, but there's basically nothing to eat after dinner time. The hotel room is larger than average, but the facilities are really old. I booked a smoking room, which didn't suffocate me, but the smoke was too strong... The noise of the air conditioner and the refrigerator when I was sleeping was too loud, and I couldn't sleep. There is a public bath, but there is only one pool, which is good for relaxing. Considering the facilities and location, I probably won't stay here again

It was clean, but the shared space is a bit uncomfortable for women. There seems to be a women-only floor, but I didn't know about it when I made the reservation and only found out after I got there. I told them I wanted to use the shower room (even if I had to pay extra), but they said it was not possible, so I felt uncomfortable using the shared shower room and didn't use it. I wish it was written a bit more clearly. Men were also surprised to see women there, so I don't think it was comfortable for either of them.

Excellent location, good hygiene details, high cost performance, highly recommended! Close to Nijo Castle, you can explore historical sites nearby. Buses and subways are quite convenient.  There is a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel, which tastes pretty good! Special thanks: Ms. Nishimura truly interprets the spirit of hospitality and is very professional at work. She helped me contact the backpack that was left on the Hankyu train and prepared an umbrella for us on rainy days 👍 Mr. Ishida also tried his best to help us. The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, and it is definitely a trustworthy choice! 👍

Friendly staff and value for money. Room is okay. Breakfast is simple but freshly made, tasty and cheap. Free curry and rice 18-20 PM. Although there is a busstop directly in front of the hotel I found its location less practical. Supermarket nearby like anywhere else in Japan. There is a small very old shrine in the alley behind the hotel.

The hotel is relatively new, self-service kiosk for check-in & out, free coffee machine at the reception area. Location is near Omiya station with the Hankyu line, we only use it once when arriving from Kyoto. Quite a distance away from other stations with better connectivity and far from Karawamachi areas where the Nishiki market, shopping streets and Gion are more accessible. Too far to walk but can take a bus there. Our disappointment came when our strawberries & food left in the fridge turned bad as it was not cold. The man with curry hair at the front desk looks frustrated when the guests told him about the coffee machine not working & need refill the milk supplies.
