Smile Residence Hotels in Kyoto

Very good except the room is a bit small. You can't walk with the suitcase opened. The bathroom is clean and the air conditioner doesn't blow directly. It's very comfortable. There is wifi, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, robe and slippers. You can pick it up at the front desk. It's really convenient. The hotel is 10 meters away from Karasuma Station. There are many food outlets and a 711 opposite.

The location is good, but the whole facility is out of date. We booked Tatami room with over 2400hkd(without breakfast and dinner), and the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, you need to buy them from vending machine..... The onsen is old and small, inside but strangely you can see dead insects floating in the water......meanwhile you can pay very little money for nice public Onsen close to the Bridge. Checking in hour is 3pm but checking out is 10am, we regretted we wasted one night here, and won't recommend anyone to come.

Clean and big room compared to others, easy and quick check in, nice location, close to many attractions.
