Super hotel and very good welcome. Perfect breakfast, there is quantity and a much appreciated choice. The amenities are very valuable. A leclerc just next to the hotel.as well as other store like restaurant....

This out-of-town complex of apartments with swimming pool on the face of it could be something special and our stay overall was fine, but I think it was more by luck than design. We booked a 6 night stay during July ---still early days after the COVID-19 lock-down and there were promises on the web-site that the highest standards of precautions against infection were being taken. We arrived after a long journey, three hours later then planned, only to find that our apartment was not ready. We apparently were not the only ones in this predicament. My wife was not happy and made her feelings known to the receptionist, who could not promise a firm time. To make matters worse there was nowhere to sit while waiting and certainly no offer of a drink to quench our thirst. Perhaps our grim faces did some good, but we still had to wait another 30 minutes or so before being booked in. The apartment was on the second floor in 'Block D' so we needed to move the car to make it easier to bring in our belongings. We could not find a sign on any building showing the letter 'D' but one of the guests showed us where it was. “There is a lift just along the corridor” she affirmed, then with a wicked smile, pointed to a notice taped to the lift door which read: 'Out of Order'. Welcome to 'All Suites'! The apartment was short of a bed we thought at first – perhaps we had to make up the sofa and sleep on that. We were very confused as to how to use it as a bed until there was a knock on the door – one of the staff had been sent up to see if we were OK. She was puzzled as to why we were trying to make up the sofa into a bed when we had a separate bedroom which was behind another door that we had failed to notice. We had only paid for a standard studio – so it appears we had received an upgrade! She kindly also directed us to another lift, this time one that did work. Our six nights passed off well and we enjoyed the much needed break. But there were as many dissenters amongst the guests at the complex, as there were happy ones about the offering. Here are a few reasons why all was not perfect. Firstly, no protector for the mattress nor for the pillows – first rule in being an hotelier and during enhanced sanitary precautions – unforgivable. The reason we did not complain at the time about this was that the mattress appeared clean and quite frankly we doubted if anything would have been done about providing it, plus we did we want staff back in our room. Light bulbs not working, power socket next to the washbasin in contravention of French rules for bathroom electrical safety. No information pack, towels and sheets only changed every 7 days (so we had only one set) and railings on balcony covered with bird droppings, floor tile missing etc.etc. If you are going to stay here I suggest you ring up first and ask them what you should expect. Excellent experience Hotel recently refurbished Well placed, several restaurants around very welcome staff with special mention to the manager really very sympathetic nice staff attention to offering us a larger room Because we were 3. Room very correct, a few rooms and parents in the bathroom Room right breakfast but no more

My review on this hotel is to warn all travelers that make a single reservation of several rooms about the problems they may have when cancelling. In my case, book online 4 rooms I had to cancel, but what is my surprise when cancellation made it for one room and has charged me the amount corresponding to the other 3 rooms on the card. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, and we were surprised by how large the backyard for our room was. The staff was incredibly helpful. For each meal they always made sure my 16 month old was set up with a high chair and appropriate dining utensils, and when my wife twisted her ankle they were helpful in getting ice and making her comfortable. Great central location, easy walk to everything.

Nous y avions fait escale le 26 janvier 2023 lors de notre trajet aller. Arrivés de nuit, nous avons utilisé la borne de réception automatique. Aucun soucis, belle chambre moderne, literie parfaite et propreté au top. Nous avons donc décider d'y faire à nouveau escale lors du trajet retour le 02 février 2023. Une toute autre histoire, la borne hors service et une assistance téléphonique qui avoue son impuissance (inutilité). ” Nous ne sommes pas sur place”; ”Essayez un autre hôtel”... Quelques kilomètres plus loin, nous tentons notre chance dans un autre hôtel de la même chaine; même résultat; borne hors service et assistance impuissante. Dommage que les hôtels sans réception physique n'aient pas un service de dépannage efficace et rapide de leurs serveurs/bornes. L'envers du low-cost, dommage.

I stayed in the hotel with my daughter . It is around 30 minutes by transfer bus from Merignac airport in Bordeaux then a train approx 50 mins from St Jean train station in Bordeaux to Archachon . It’s an easy ten minute stroll to the hotel . It’s in a lovely location on the beach next to lovely seafood restaurants and near shops . You’ll find great high quality shopping here and it always feels safe , clean and quiet ( at this time of year ) . We had a classic room and it’s quiet , rooms are comfortable with great comfy beds . Toiletries in the bathroom are very good quality organic ones . There is a fridge in the room with a safe too . Our room had a balcony with table and chairs . You could eat your breakfast there . I have to say the breakfast was great , some fried breakfast but mainly continental - croissants , cheese , ham , yogurts , breads , coffee , fresh juice and tea . The staff are very helpful and pleasant . I’m glad I chose this hotel .

Perfect location, near the shops, the markets, the restaurants, the train station; the beach, the supermarkets, the quay (for boat trips). Couldn’t fault it. The reception staff were particularly helpful and having arrived early on a train from Paris they phoned us as soon as our room was ready. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The small kitchen was well equipped and we even had a mini dishwasher. An unexpected balcony was a bonus. We never tried the breakfast (we were too close to the boulangerie/patisserie) or the hot tub. The roof top terrace was ok but we never actually sat up there. Couldn’t fault it!
