The location is in the city center, convenient and clean, and the service is good. There are good restaurants nearby. There are large shopping malls, hotel cleaning is done every two days, and the gym is also very useful. There is a microwave at the front desk which is very convenient.

Good central location in downtown Portland. Convenient location that let's you walk around and be within most places downtown in 10-15 min walking. Lot's of dining options near the hotel, whiskey bar downstairs is pretty nice also.

We stayed one night at the Paramount. The location is great. The hotel is upscale and very clean. We ate dinner at the restaurant there and the food was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The valet parking is expensive but all the hotels around there are the same. We will stay there again

We ended up checking out of the hotel around 1 o’clock in the morning because of noise coming from adjacent rooms. Maisie was incredibly kind and helpful and originally moved us to a different room after we complained about noise the first time. We were able to fall asleep, and then, loud music came from the room next-door and woke us up, followed by a group of men, laughing and talking very loudly. I even recorded it with my iPhone because I didn’t want the front desk to think that I was being ridiculous in the fact that we had already moved rooms once and it was happening again. We were extremely tired and wanted to sleep so we chose to check out early around 1:00am and make the drive home so we could at least get a few hours of rest. I’m hoping that we can get a refund since you weren’t actually able to use the hotel room due to the noise.

Spent one night here and had a very good experience. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad things would be Parking and cleanliness. There is no parking garage attached and there is only 2 hour parking outside the hotel. If you need overnight or longer parking you need to park at a separate area and walk. There is valet but it is $65. Cleanliness was mostly alright besides the bathroom. Bathtub was slightly dirty but overall amazing stay!

First time at this hotel, I have zero complaints. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Taylor Tavern is great for a nice meal as well!

We arrived an hour and a half early (2:30pm) and were told we would get a call as soon as our room was ready. That they would let housekeeping know. We returned at 4pm (check in time) and the room was still not clean. We had to wait another 15ish minutes to check in. The check -in desk told us our room was "the last to be cleaned". So no attempt to let the cleaning staff know we were waiting was ever made over and hour before-hand.
Then our room was not fully stocked, I assume because the cleaning staff was rushing. No apology or attempt to correct this issue was made. The customer service at the front desk was lacking. Valet was great both days.
