The hotel was very clean in general, and the breakfast was fine, except for the lack of juice/water. The tv n the room was glitching..wouldn’t turn on, then voices but no picture, wouldn’t turn off, then suddenly was on and working. Very weird. Theese hotels always have very tiny gyms, so I expected that, but the treadmill was not working (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and some dumbells) and 1/2 of the weights were missing. That was disappointing. Other than that, it was perfectly fine.

The service was poor. The beds were clean the couch was filthy dirty. Which was supposed to be extra pullout bed we needed. I would not even sit on couch much less sleep on it. Hall walls were all dirty. Dining area furniture all dirty so we would not eat breakfast provided there. Never stay there again.

Everyone was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was just okay. Juice machine was out of order. Only a few milks in fridge. No biggie though. Good location.

Hotel is close to where we need to go. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Room could be cleaner but the hotel is old. Needs updating. The area is not the best.

Tile in the bathroom had dirty grout, toilet paper rolls kept falling off the holder, toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and kept shifting.

I can get past the outdated hotel rooms but not overlook the cleanliness of a room. The bathroom shower had hair and dirty scum. I ended up asking the front desk to give me disinfectant and clean the bathroom myself. A sofa in the room had stains all over that we didn’t even dare to sit on. We were there for 3 days only and only needed a place to sleep and do some light work during the day as we were there to visit family. We ended up changing a few towels because there were cleaned but also stained. The beds did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly and attentive.

There was no internet at all in the hotel, and when we asked for the internet it only worked in the hotel lobby and not in our room. There was no free WiFi. They promised that they would fix it but we waited 3 days and no one fixed it. At the hotel breakfast there was always an empty fridge, and the shelves/pans were empty with no food. The coffee was bad quality and prepared portly. The hot water had a yellow color. The rooms were cleaned every day so it was clean.

David the front desk clerk was excellent as well as the Cook/Chef. We had issues with the WiFi in the rooms. Overall service was good
