This hotel truly makes you want to stay forever! The ambiance is tranquil and elegant; from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything exudes a sense of luxury, with thoughtful attention to detail in the decor. The soundproofing is excellent, and you immediately feel relaxed the moment you step in. The service is incredibly attentive; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties is polite and responsive. Any requests are promptly addressed, making you feel valued. The facilities are new and practical. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and there's a pillow menu. The bathroom amenities are from a good brand, and the room even features a smart control system, which is both convenient and upscale. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and several local specialty hot dishes that tasted great. It was a satisfying and comfortable meal. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

I specifically booked Atour to experience their pillows, duvets, and service. The service was good. They called in advance to let me know there would be road construction next to the hotel during the day, which would be a bit noisy, which was a thoughtful heads-up. The front desk staff was very professional and upgraded my room to one with an outside window, and it wasn't even facing the construction road. The pillows had great bounce and were comfortable whether I was sleeping on my back or side. The duvet was quite light, perfect for Beijing's weather at this time of year. The hotel offers late-night congee, which is a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast pastry selection was decent, but there were fewer vegetable and meat options. The freshly ground soy milk was delicious. They had a wide variety of condiments. Overall, the breakfast's value for money was just okay. What I liked most was the abundant supply of water and beverages at the hotel.

Hello, there was a female staff member at the hotel's front desk who was incredibly warm and responsible towards both the hotel and its guests. My electronic device required a British power adapter, and she kindly provided one. I'm very sorry that I forgot to return the adapter when I checked out in a hurry. My sincere apologies to the hotel.

This is my second stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, and once again, I'm very satisfied with its location. It's really close to Beihang University's Dayuncun campus, making it an excellent choice for parents visiting their children there. The Zhichunlu subway station is just over 300 meters from the hotel entrance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they helped me store my luggage when I arrived early, and it was a very proper storage service. On the day I was leaving, they even extended my check-out time because I had an errand to run. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the overall stay was excellent. They currently have a tall Christmas tree in the lobby, and the buffet restaurant is also quite good.

I booked a room at your hotel and paid two days in advance. However, this stay was severely below the service standards expected of an international brand. Here are the specific issues: Firstly, the professional conduct of your staff is concerning. When I arrived early to complete the prepayment process, the front desk staff treated me with a cold attitude and eye-rolls, seemingly because of my simple attire. Their demeanor was arrogant and dismissive, completely disregarding the basic principles of guest service that a hotel should uphold, and directly contradicting the professional service image expected of a high-end establishment. Secondly, room assignments were chaotic and disorganized, indicating a lack of management efficiency. My three friends and I arrived at 3 PM on the day of check-in as agreed, but the front desk asked us to wait, citing that the rooms were not yet cleaned. They provided no clear waiting time nor any temporary arrangements. After I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction, the front desk initially suggested splitting the four of us across different floors. After I explicitly stated that we needed to be on the same floor, they informed me within just two minutes that they could arrange rooms on the same floor. This contradictory handling reveals issues with the hotel's room management procedures and poor communication, which severely impacted our check-in experience. Thirdly, the brand's competitiveness is seriously lacking. Compared to mid-range brands like All Seasons and Home Inn, your hotel, as an international high-end chain, showed significant shortcomings in service response speed, complaint resolution capabilities, and staff professionalism. It completely failed to demonstrate the service advantages expected of a high-end brand. In summary, I am deeply disappointed with this stay. I hope your hotel addresses these management loopholes, strengthens professional training for its staff, optimizes room allocation procedures, and genuinely improves service quality to avoid damaging your brand's reputation and guests' interests.

The Qunar Beijing Zhongguancun Haidian Huangzhuang Metro Station Hotel is the latest 5.0 version of Qunar Hotel. As a benchmark of mid-range hotels, Qunar Hotel has always adhered to the brand's original intention of "designed for Chinese people, experienced by foreigners", drawing humanistic spirit from Eastern wisdom and extracting value connotations from contemporary life. In the design upgrade of Qunar 5.0, many gradient colors are used to reflect the Chinese concept of leaving blank spaces and the sense of artistic conception. The upgraded Qunar 5.0 not only brings the landscape artistic conception in Su Shi's poetry into the hotel, providing a more contemporary and freehand aesthetic satisfaction, but also creates a unique humanistic perception for every guest who steps into Qunar, allowing them to find a secluded accommodation experience of "a mountain, a water, a hidden world" in the broad and poetic sentiment of "but the distant mountains are long, the cloud mountains are chaotic, and the evening mountains are green".

The exterior was really nondescript. The first room they gave me reeked of smoke. After complaining, I was moved to a fresh room, but it was too hot all night. The temperature probably didn't need to be so high, and for 890 a night, it wasn't particularly good value. Compared to other HUAZHU hotels, I'd say the experience was just average.

The transportation is very convenient. It's about 100 meters from Suzhou Bridge subway station Exit B, but due to the unusual design of the subway exit's passage, you have to take an elevator down and then up again, making the actual walk from the subway around 500 meters. The room size is comparable to a standard economy hotel, with a window, and the facilities are relatively new and clean. The bedding is comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Breakfast is plentiful. Overall, it's good.

I got a free upgrade to a deluxe king room. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided 4 bottles of drinking water. The hot water came on quickly and had good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. I also appreciated that the room didn't lose power. The hot tea at the front desk is definitely a nice touch!

Traveling to Beijing with my parents and kids, we stayed at the Friendship Hotel and got to experience some authentic Chinese charm. The hotel is massive, quiet, and very upscale – it felt like our own little royal residence in Beijing. We had a comfortable few nights, though our itinerary was so packed we didn't get to try the swimming pool. See you next time!

SsunsheartThe location is super convenient, within walking distance to Dashilar and Xianyu Kou, offering a quiet escape in a bustling area. The hutong and courtyard room types create a wonderful ambiance – small but perfectly formed. The front desk and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a great selection of snacks, including candied hawthorn (tanghulu). The travel photographer was especially gentle and patient. The hotel provides outfits, and the red walls and blue tiles make for fantastic photo opportunities.

GGuest UserOverall, a good hotel when it comes to location, general cleanliness, and soundproofing, but not really friendly towards foreigners. The staff at the front desk really need to improve their service and attitude, they were quite unapproachable and unfriendly. They also didn’t provide clear instructions during check-in. Nothing on how to access amenities for example. Also, when I tried getting the late-night snack, they were just ignoring me on their phones. It’s only when another local guest indicated they should serve me first that they finally took notice. I felt uncomfortable approaching them with questions after my first encounter with them. The only time they suddenly cared was during check-out when they tried to pressure me into leaving a 5 star review on the spot while they watched. It would be better if they just gently remind people to leave a review if they wish to. For breakfast, there were lots of options but they should really label things and clearly indicate dietary restrictions like meat or allergens. It seems like this is not a thing in China but if you are catering towards foreigners, not everyone can just eat anything. Lastly, for anyone who is really sensitive to smoke, I asked for a smoke-free room but could still smell it, especially in the shower. Not sure if the smell is coming through from other rooms, but either way you will catch a whiff.

GGuest UserOur hotel room is really great! It's about a 500-meter walk from Beijing West Railway Station, making it super convenient. The room was very clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a cute little kung fu tea set with loose leaf tea (not those flimsy tea bags!), which was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. When we ran out of the complimentary bottled water, a quick call had the delivery robot bringing more right to our door – so convenient! There's also a thoughtful full-length mirror. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and a great hairdryer. All in all, fantastic value for money and a very pleasant stay!

BBaluosidaoyueyunThis hotel is located on the east side of Beijing, right by the 3rd Ring Road. So, if you're arriving at Beijing South Station, it's quite a trek (which I experienced). The surrounding area has good amenities; downstairs, there's a noodle shop and a lamb soup restaurant, both with decent food. About 700 meters from the hotel, there are highly-rated Peking duck and hotpot restaurants, and they weren't crowded, so no waiting in line. The rooms are spacious enough for two adults and two children. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the price is a bit high.

GGuest UserComplimentary welcome fruit, 24-hour self-service tea, and a complimentary first round from the mini-bar are provided. Service: The concierge, front desk, and room service staff were excellent – very warm and attentive. However, the breakfast restaurant service was very poor, the hygiene was bad, and the food was unappetizing. Environment: The location is very convenient. The front desk area is small but aesthetically pleasing, with a view of the Forbidden City's golden rooftops. Facilities: The elevators require a bit of a roundabout trip to get to the front desk, they are crowded, and there's a long wait time. In the triple room, one of the beds was a簡易bed (simple/temporary bed) that was sloped and wobbly, feeling like it was about to fall apart. We later switched to another room which was much better. Be careful with your room selection.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Grand Millennium Beijing for two weeks, and overall, it was decent. The only standout positive was the two housekeeping ladies; they were absolutely amazing. For the last eleven days of my stay, 'Zhao Juanjuan' was my attendant, and she was incredibly thorough and attentive. She folded my clothes neatly every time. She remembered all my habits and room preferences, diligently helping me each day with my requests. She even helped air out cigarette smells, opened and closed windows according to my schedule, dealt with strange odors from the bathroom drain, and scrubbed the bathtub daily. Basically, she was always responsive to my needs, incredibly kind, and always enthusiastic to help. If I ever return to the Grand Millennium Beijing, I'd specifically want to stay on the floor she services. However, the hotel's policy on food delivery was frustrating. They wouldn't allow any deliveries to be left at the concierge, not even non-food items. It was really annoying. They only permit deliveries to be left in outdoor lockers, which means in winter, all your food gets cold. What's more, they have staff dedicated solely to pressing elevator buttons, so why can't they assign someone to bring deliveries up? There are no robots either, which was a real pain. I put up with it because I could see the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Headquarters) from the lobby downstairs. Also, there was a persistent cigarette smell throughout the room, even in the bathroom. Another issue is that the hotel's decor is quite dated. There was a sewage-like smell from the sink, which made me want to gag while brushing my teeth in the morning. Everything else was fine. If you're looking for a newer hotel at a similar price, you could try the NUO Hotel Beijing or the Jing Guang Centre Hotel. But if you want to stay near the 'Big Trousers,' then the Millennium or Rosewood are your best bets.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has an absolutely superb location! I'm not sure why it's called a 'restaurant' (饭店), I didn't specifically ask. I also didn't see any F&B department, so maybe it's been repurposed? Facilities: The decor is very simple and basic. Nothing too special, but it's very clean. Hygiene: Quite clean. The room was thoughtfully arranged and tidied, and there was even a small tea set. Environment: The exterior looks beautiful, but the interior decoration is just average. Service: Excellent. They specifically called me before I arrived to confirm and mentioned that the room had a slight smell of disinfectant, in case I minded. I didn't smell it when I got there. But I was really touched and warmed by the front desk's gesture. I especially want to commend the young man at the front desk; he was very conscientious and responsible. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. It's incredibly convenient, very close to the Forbidden City. Plus, as soon as you step out of the alley, you're at Longfu Temple. Pretty good!
