"We enjoyed our stay tremendously! This is probably the most luxurious hostel we have ever visited and we loved every part of it. Rooms are classy, clean and silent. Breakfast is a varied mix of Western and Eastern standards. Staff is super helpful and proficient in English. After our flight got cancelled, we immediately booked an extra night and we were genuinely happy to stay one more night!"

"It was a very satisfying trip, with constant surprises. The front desk manager was really warm-hearted and provided great help. He helped us pick up the express in advance and stored it until we arrived at the hotel to inform us. I like this service attitude. "Highly recommended this hotel. The location was great, infront of 钟楼station exit H. Short Walking distance to 钟楼 & theres a mall opposite hotel. Surrounded by food street & push cart food. The room was clean and spacious, comes with a living room and a bathtub. The check in counter staff, 小轩，小何，Sharon,Jason, their service was excellent. My parcel from taobao was sent wrongly to another hotel & 小轩 help me liaise with the delivery guy & resent it to Novotel. They help me with my 美团 app too. This hotel everyday 2-5pm provide free teabreak snacks at the lobby. Every night they will wechat me if i want warm milk & dessert. Upon my check out, i was given a souvenir. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if back in Xi’an."

"Checking in at about 2.30am was a breeze as the counter was manned 24 hours a day. The room was nice and cozy, though a little small and windowless. Nevertheless, it was well equipped, and the cleaning lady was very nice to give me an extra set of shaving razor the next morning to use since I checked in late the previous night. The counter staff was also very helpful to allow me to store my luggage at the concierge since my flight was late at night. The location of the hotel was excellent to get around, being near the subway or metro station. The hotel food for breakfast was very good with sufficient varieties for selection. Very satisfied with the stay at the hotel."

"The hotel is in an excellent location — right on top of Metro Line 2 (Exit B), which is directly connected to Xi’anbei Railway Station. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the Bell Tower, 5 minutes to the Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter, and only one stop away from the City Wall. The food court on Level 1 makes dining super convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable — absolutely great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel located at the best strategic location. Walking distance to Bell Tower, tourist and non touristy eating place. We supposed to leave after 2 nights but we decided to stay for 6 nights for our entire holiday in Xi'An. Room is spacious, quiet, and warm. Warm as outside temperature is 12C, but we didn't feel the cold in our room. Staffs are friendly, there are staff that will assist in any tour package, include transportation to airport. Another lovely feature is the quarter with biscuits, tea whole day, and a porridge for night."
