TTulang2005What satisfied me most about this trip to Yangliuqing Ancient Town was staying in this blue brick courtyard B&B. As soon as I stepped in, the antique atmosphere hit me in the face. The blue bricks and black tiles, carved doors and windows, are full of historical charm, which immediately brought me back to the old times.
There are surprises hidden everywhere inside the room. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and tidy, allowing me to have a good sleep after a busy day. The interior decoration is simple yet elegant, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, smart bathroom and other facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the quaint atmosphere while maintaining the convenience of life.
The public area of the homestay is also very cozy. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard of the quadrangle. In your spare time, you can bask in the sun, drink tea, and feel the peacefulness of time. The boss was very hospitable. He not only helped plan the itinerary, but also shared many local specialties. Every moment in this homestay is extremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Yangliuqing Ancient Town. It will add a different kind of warmth and beauty to your journey.

GGuest UserThe room had excellent ventilation, and I really appreciated the thoughtful separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. All the amenities were complete and clean. Overall, a very good experience.

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke.
There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

GGuest UserStayed at the St. Regis Tianjin during the May Day holiday, and the service was as excellent as ever. Late at night, my child scraped their leg, and our butler, Kristen, immediately arranged for band-aids to be sent up. The response was quick, and the service was spot-on. They even gifted some minibar snacks to my child, which made us incredibly happy!.
This time, we booked a river-view family room, and my child absolutely loved the decor and the dolls inside! The colors were perfect for kids. If we ever come back to Tianjin for a chill vacation, we'll definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was super quick. I was also very happy with the room type; the humidifier in the room was excellent, making sure I didn't feel dry even on a dry northern night. The soundproofing was great, and the location is very close to the airport.

HhightangThis is an older international hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it does have an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The mattress is a bit soft, and the TV doesn't support screen casting. The shower water pressure was good, and the room itself was spacious. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Xibeijiao, and right next to Lujiazui Mall and Shuishang City Shopping Mall.

GGuest UserWe had the best experience staying at the Four Seasons in Tianjin. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Melinde took time to greet guests and remember details about our stay, our check out date, even my love for Jian bing guo zi! She then worked with her team to ensure that those preferences and details were noted across all our interactions with the hotel staff. We appreciated the special care from 小齐, Leo, Elyn and our room attendant Qiu Hua (?). The warm and personable customer experience really sets the Four Seasons apart from the Ritz Carlton.
The decor was modern, tasteful, and the amenities were just right. The rooms were spacious and very clean. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Tianjin which offered a crib for our little one. The one mini gripe I had was that the light switches were a bit confusing but other than that we loved every bit of our stay.
We also enjoyed the breakfast options and especially loved the freshly made wontons and melon and date juice. Staying at the Four Seasons was one of the highlights of our stay in Tianjin and we look forward to being back!

GGuest UserWhenever I visit Tianjin, Tangla Hotel is always my top choice. It has an excellent location, close to Xikai Church and Binjiang Road Pedestrian Street, and not far from Wudadao, Porcelain House, and Tianjin Station – truly in the most bustling part of Tianjin. Being a super high-rise, you can enjoy panoramic city views while soaking in the bathtub. The rooms are spacious, the service is great, and most importantly, it offers fantastic value for money. This time, I brought friends along, and both families were very satisfied.
