"Reasons why we keep on booking Best Western Plus: Location: close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, which makes it easy to explore the city. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. They maintained the area well throughout the stay. The common areas like the lobby and elevators were also well-kept. Service: The staff were polite and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Facilities: The room was a bit compact but had — comfortable bed, air conditioning, adaptor and essentials like towel, hair blower and toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable. Overall, it’s a good value for money."

"I like the location of this hotel. This was close to the busy area, where all you need is present, but still, the exact location is quiet and a bit more on the lesser crowd. Room is quiet and the bed and pillows are comfortable. We slept well after tiring days of roaming around the city. The size of the room is good in terms of Hongkong standard. They do not have a bidet and no toiletries were provided, however you may purchase from the reception. Receptionists speak good english and we received very warm welcome."

"Excellent stay. Staff was courteous and highly professional. Room and bed were great with a nice view from the 31st floor. Good location and seemed nicer than other hotels nearby. The only thing I felt it lacked was a couple more hooks or pegs to hang jackets and towels, and WiFi was a bit of a struggle on the higher floors. Would highly recommend as a home base for Hong Kong Island. Walking distance from many attractions in Central (if you can manage the stairs / hills)."

"Front desk and house keeping ladies are so nice. House keeping ladies greets me every morning, feel heart warming as Hong Kong is well known for the attitude (most of the Hong Kong people are stress, you can tell from their face). Location are excellent, right next to hill road exit, close to 7-11, airport bus A10 from airport to hotel within 4mins. Room are spacious and clean, washroom shower are little old but water pressure is good, if I come back to Hong Kong I definitely will come back, thank you."

"The receptionists are helpful and nice. The was construction ongoing in the morning. But as long as I told them I would be having a formal meeting, they delayed the construction work until the agreed time. Really appreciate it! The breakfast is also well served and decent. The breads are still hot when I ate them :D"
