"I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether by train, tram, or foot. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how well they communicated in English. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a quiet work desk, and fast Wi-Fi. The soundproof windows were a big plus, allowing me to relax in peace after busy days in the city. The bathroom was also very clean, with a great shower and high-quality toiletries provided. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.Whether you're visiting Berlin for business or sightseeing, I highly recommend this hotel.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to this vibrant city."

"The hotel has a direct connection with bus 100 and in walking distance to the Zoo. Also, many affordable & good restaurants nearby. The room is basic."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc.."
