"Great hotel , comfortable bed air conditioning and great decor. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially kyuree! 😃 This location is great if you wanna access the tube to central London. From London King’s Cross take northern line to old street and it’s 5 min walk to hotel from there. Breakfast was delicious great variety of food. Would definitely recommend this place and will return next time. Thank you!"
"The environment is great, and the hotel facilities are very creative with nice colors. The service is also good. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to the UK for business. The location is also very convenient, as you can visit the nearby vintage market and always find pleasant surprises just by wandering around. The hotel is also very clean."
"I've stayed in a lot of hotels in London over the years and I really enjoyed my stay at Hart. I stayed in a large double which was a good size, the location was close to brick lane and old Spitalfields Market, and the gym was modern and very clean. Took off a few points from Service because there was a lot of staff miscommunication on my laundry pickup."
"We stayed at the Hoxton in a room for two with a full bed and liked it very much. The location is fabulous, as there are convenience stores, quick eats and a metro station just nearby. Shoreditch is tons of fun for a traveler who wants good nightlife, though it wouldn’t be the best fit for a family or for a traveler who wants a more mellow experience. As you enter, there is a large cafe/restaurant seating area in the lobby, which is remnant of the coffee shop in the TV show “Friends”. Same vibe! There’s good service for the cafe/restaurant, and all charges can simply be added to your room bill. The folks at the friend desk were very nice and helpful. After check in, you can take one of two elevators up to your room. The elevators were very quick- we never waiting for than a minute and we were there on a weekend! The room it self was exactly what we wanted. Clean, tidy and cozy. There wasn’t a ton of excess space, but that was perfect as we didn’t want to pay for a big, lavish room. All of the furniture seemed new, and the TV was hooked up so we could surf the channels when we had a moment. There was also a modern radio appliance, which had a USB that could let you charge devices. There was also a refrigerator and a safe for valuables. Additionally, they included a nifty map of London, which really came in handy for a first time visitor like myself. The bathroom’s fixtures all seemed new- everything was clean, and the shower was strong and spacious. There were plenty of towels as well and a great mirror with excellent lighting for getting ready. The only thing I wished was that there was an electrical outlet in the bathroom, but I didn’t find one. We didn’t have much of a view but that was okay- the curtains were strong and totally kept the light out in the mornings (which was great because we had some long nights.) All in all, I loved staying here- this is a perfect location for somebody staying in Shoreditch who wants a nice, clean, but well priced place to stay. I will absolutely stay here again when in Shoreditch!"
"It’s my first time in London and I’m not sure about the location. Fortunately, the location of this hotel is pretty good. It’s only 4-5 minutes’ walk from the subway station and there are several convenience stores next to it, which is very convenient! The hotel's waiters are polite and the room is well-equipped, but all the utensils need to be cleaned again. Overall, I am satisfied. We watched the sunset from our room on our last day and it was a perfect end to the trip."
"Lovely foyer with complimentary cold drinks and biscuits. Clean room with good quality toiletry products. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Good selection of food at breakfast.1"

GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserEverything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserLovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again.
GGuest UserThe Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
GGuest UserI was put off by the smallness of the room but booked anyway due to its proximity to London Euston and it held its own really nice room, really nice facilities would book again
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
