"As a solo traveler, I had such a wonderful stay at Mimi’s. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. It was a tiny room but worked for one person with all the needed items, including a hair dryer and the life saving air conditioner. They also offer £10 charge to store luggage which was nice for walking around before leaving the area. The lobby is also quite lovely and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again, a wonderful spot in the center of theatres and restaurants."

"Wonderful stay in London! We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located — very to everything, which made getting around London super easy. The highlight for us was the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel has a warm, cozy atmosphere and the rooms are clean. One small thing to note is that you need to request daily room cleaning, as it’s not done automatically. Also, when booking, it’s not clearly mentioned that a security deposit is required in case of any room damage. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would happily come back every time I visit London."

"Close to underground St James’s park station and Westminster station. You can walk to Big Ben tourist spot in just 3-4mins. The room is quite small but good enough, no oral kits but 2 water bottles were provided in the room, and housekeeping is on request basis, so make sure you notify the receptionist before 11am if you need housekeeping. Their security is good as you need to tap room card in order to access the lift lobby, and tap the card again to access your room area. The bonus part is that they do provide guest lounge next to the reception counter at the ground floor where you can have complimentary coffee or biscuits or even refill your drinking water anytime (operating 24/7). You can also order foods or beers at the lounge at own expense. Overall it’s a good experience."

"Fabulous experience staying in President Hotel - amazing location with Russell Sq station only around the corner which made exploring so seamless. I was travelling with my 11 year old daughter on a girls trip for her birthday. The staff surprised us with complementary breakfast & a beautiful surprise from housekeeping when we checked in. Amazing breakfast with great choices. Will most definitely be back on our next trip to London. Thank you for making our stay with you so memorable"

"Overall was good stay for 4 nights. Simple and good varieties of breakfast ( incl for vegetarian). Close to Waterloo UG Station and Eye of London. Helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Booked the Hop Off Londoin Bus Golden Tour bus from the front desk and it is walking distance to the Eye of London and National Theatre."

"Strategic location, near train station, walkable distance. Many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of tourists checking in, staff were polite and efficient. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Room was standard for a 3 star, no complaints. Excellent hotel for price."

"The Citadine is well located just off Trafalgar Square and close to The River. The apartments are well furnished and include a small well equipped kitchenette. The sitting area on the ground floor are ideal if you are staying with friends and you can have coffee from the free dispensers"

"Fantastic hotel, highly recommend. We came here from France, the service, quality of breakfast, facility, location is so much better than the hotel in France. The room and toilet are spacious, a large variety of food is offered for breakfast, a lot of visitors check in and out everyday. Location is very convenient, within 5 minutes you will get to the metro/bus station. A lot of restaurants nearby and the supermarket (Sainsbury's) is just a 3-minute walk from hotel."
