"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

However, it’s 20-min walk to most of attractions, given that the uber is quite expensive, the bus is not always punctual and the hot temperature outside, it makes the location of the hotel sth to be considered."

"Excellent Airbnb! Great location, walkable to many attractions. You can see the famous duomo right from your window. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, toilet was clean and warm. Great service from the host who also helped to book taxi because the ride hailing app isn't available in this historic area. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cookies, tarts, fruits and drinks."

"Great location to visit the city and very convenient if you arrive by train. The room was clean, the equipment is not very recent but still more than worthy. Good quality breakfast, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Courteous and helpful staff. I definitely recommend."

"It was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo). I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well. Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise! Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!"
