"The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station. Overall, it was a really good experience."

"We have got stayed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex this time. Have good size room , have good layout. Very easy and convenient for transportation, as the Shinagawa JR Shinkansen Station just in front of the hotel. Many foods around , department store , tokyo hotel tap water safe to drink. Easy access to Shibuya,Shinjuku, Tokyo Staton for Yamanote Line. Very easy transportation from and to Haneda Airport using Keikyu Line. Will come back again."

"Location, location, location! We moved to Shibuya Granbel hotel from another apartment in Shibuya, so we can be closer to the JR station to take the Narita Express to catch our flight the next day. The front door of the hotel is quite interesting. It is a huge wooden slate, that you have to push to reveal the interior. I found it cool. 😃 Our room was clean and well-equipped, and we had a very comfortable one night stay. It is good sized for 2 people. And even though our room was close to the elevator, we did not hear any noise at all. From the hotel entrance to the train station, it was just a 2 to 3 min walk to the new JR station South Gate. Really an awesome location for people who have to catch the Narita Express from Shibuya station."
