"The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station. Overall, it was a really good experience."

"We have got stayed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex this time. Have good size room , have good layout. Very easy and convenient for transportation, as the Shinagawa JR Shinkansen Station just in front of the hotel. Many foods around , department store , tokyo hotel tap water safe to drink. Easy access to Shibuya,Shinjuku, Tokyo Staton for Yamanote Line. Very easy transportation from and to Haneda Airport using Keikyu Line. Will come back again."

"Though small, the room was fully equipped. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was relatively small, making it suitable for female travelers. Surprisingly, the small room even had a small table seating three people, showcasing the essence of Japanese interior design – a true example of how a small house can be transformed into a miniature version of a TV show. It's conveniently located just across the street from the station and within walking distance of Daikanyama. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very welcoming and told us to help ourselves to toiletries. There was also free ice cream in the freezer. Overall, everything felt very Tokyo, and I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Tokyo again."

"The hotel was very easy to find, and the location is clearly described, super convenient when calling an Uber. The staff all speak English and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. You can really feel the attention to detail. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Shibuya Junction, so it’s close enough to the action but still peaceful at night. If I travel alone again, this is definitely the place I’d revisit."
