"Location was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝"

"Double Room was big enough for 2 people. Wifi was good and amenities were all available at the 2nd floor reception area. Breakfast was okay though offerings were a bit limited. Staff were kind and courteous. Just felt bad celebrating my mom’s birthday here. We’re used to getting a simple birthday greeting or a simple mini cake for the celebrant in most of the hotels that we stayed with (often 4 or 5 star) but I guess they have a different culture and we respect that. Overall stay was comfortable as the hotel is located at the center of Tenjin near the luxury stores and famous ramen restaurants."

"Hotel is located in the heart of Tenjin, super accessible - great for shopping and eating. Design of the hotel may look a little dated but room was very clean and decently sized, with amenities provided. Front reception offered good service as well. The breakfast buffet was really delicious w wide range of options too, would recommend trying."

"Was taken care of by the hotel at early Nov 2024 for a night before flying back home. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bus stop was about 5 mins walk away and from there I was able to easily access in local attractions such as the yattai. The staff was very professional and can speak good English too. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Fukuoka."

"The public bath was smaller than those in the other hotels we’ve stayed at, but overall it was great. I found the view from the bath very relaxing. Having a sauna and a gym would make it even better. Breakfast was tasty and offered a wide selection of different foods, mostly Asian dishes. I had high expectations for the kaisendon, but unfortunately it was just okay. I appreciated the professional attitude of the restaurant staff. Overall, the service met the expected standards. ."

"The Quintessa Hotel is ideally located within a 5-10 minute walk from major shopping malls and transport links. We stayed in a spacious room, the largest on our floor, though it lacked a view, facing a building's fire escape used by smokers. Despite the great location close to shops, restaurants, and parking, be prepared to buy your own water as none is provided. Parking is available but costly; cheaper alternatives are nearby (my 4th photo features one of those alternatives which includes shelter from possible rain). The hotel offers laundry facilities, which we did not use, and features a free comic book library in the lobby, a unique touch that adds to its charm."

"I had a fantastic stay at The Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu. The hotel is modern, stylish, and located just a short walk from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Fukuoka. The rooms are clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like wood-themed interiors and calming background music in the hallways. I especially loved the public bath and sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great mix of Japanese and Western dishes. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel also has a cozy lounge area where you can enjoy free drinks and snacks after using the bath. With its great location near restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Kushida Shrine and Canal City, this hotel is a perfect base for any traveler. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
