Hotels near Deungchon Station, Seoul

The hotel is roughly equidistant from Jeungmi and Deungchon stations on Line 9. Jeungmi is a bit closer but involves a steep incline, while Deungchon is slightly further but has a gentler slope. We opted for Jeungmi Station for both arriving at and departing from the hotel. Incheon Airport is about an hour away by subway. The hotel also provides information on airport buses, but they are significantly more expensive than public transport. Since we were already heading to the subway, we decided to stick with it. Moreover, we had purchased a Climate Card (15,000 KRW for 5 days of unlimited travel), which covered our airport journey as well. The most convenient way to get around from the hotel is by bus. Bus 6712 is a must-remember: it takes you to Hapjeong Station for transfers to Subway Lines 2 and 6, or directly to Hongdae. We used this bus daily. Definitely download Naver Maps for navigation! The hotel rooms are quite spacious, equipped with both air conditioning and underfloor heating. However, I was baffled by the bathroom's lack of a proper wet/dry separation. There's a glass screen, but it doesn't seal at the bottom, and there's no curb in the shower area to contain the water. Consequently, after every shower, the entire bathroom floor would be soaked. I ended up having to huddle in a corner just to shower. Despite its generous size, the bathroom's design is very impractical. There's a convenience store conveniently located on the ground floor, and the lounge area is quite spacious. We noticed a lot of tour groups from Southeast Asia staying here. Unfortunately, the hotel's soundproofing isn't great. We could often hear the tour groups quite loudly when they left early in the mornings or returned late at night.

First off, all rooms face the Han River, offering absolutely top-notch views of the World Cup Bridge, the stadium, and even the Yeouido CBD skyline in the distance. It's only a five-minute walk from Saltpond Station on Line 9, which is quite convenient, and there's an airport bus stop right outside. The hotel's facilities show some age, but it's clear they've undergone some renovations. Inside, it's very clean and tidy. The bedding isn't as hard as in some other hotels; it's quite soft and comfortable, and there weren't any noticeable cleanliness issues. However, there are some amusing quirks from the renovation. For instance, the blinds inside the frosted glass bathroom door are completely out of reach and unusable. Also, similar to a Japanese inn, you can only shower in the bathtub. With the blinds being unusable, it definitely turns into a bit of a shadow play, which is a bit awkward. Other than that, I was very satisfied overall.

It was right by a main road, but quite a distance from the subway station. The window was small, and there was some noise from the upper floor and the road. Other than that, it had a bathtub, and the cleanliness wasn't bad. Overall, I was satisfied with it as a good value-for-money option.

It was better than I expected. I want to go again. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, so it was comfortable to stay in, and the location was good, making it convenient to get around. Overall, it was a satisfying accommodation.

I chose this hotel because I was planning to arrive at Gimpo Airport late at night. It took about 10 minutes from the airport on subway line 5 to the nearest station, Hwagok Station, and about 10 minutes on foot from exit 3. It was a little before 11pm, but there were quite a few people around and it didn't feel dangerous. The entrance was a little suspicious because it was more of a motel than a hotel, but the woman at the reception was nice. The room was reasonable for the price, but the bedding was clean, there were no bedbugs, and the shower had hot water, so it was enough for a night's sleep. It was also nice that there was cable TV and English and Japanese broadcasts.

I didn't have high expectations for a motel, but it was better than I expected! ▼Good Points - Close to the station (just turn right after exiting the station) - Surprisingly good amenities (hairspray and other amenities are convenient) - Spacious room (easy to spread out luggage) ▼Concerns - Water leaking from the pipes at the hotel entrance? - No curtain over the bathtub, so if you're not careful, the bathroom and toilet can get soaked.

It was so nice to be able to relax with a friend with a good atmosphere and good lighting. It was much more comfortable than I thought and I can spend the day without any inconvenience, so I will use it next time.

The hotel room was very clean, and the location was great, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it!

The rooms are very small, which if you are traveling alone and for a short period (a week or less maybe) it's fine, but it would get uncomfortable on the long run. The room was less clean than expected. If you stay during a Sunday you have to pay extra!!!!! The people at the desk are really nice though, they offered me to check out before 12pm on Sunday and then just check in again after 6pm to not pay the extra fee. Overall a decent experience, good if you are traveling alone and for less than a week.

The room is clean, the soundproofing is good, and the blackout is perfect, so I am satisfied.
