It's very convenient for transportation, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. There's a large supermarket downstairs. The room is spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen—perfect for long stays. I'm quite satisfied.

The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with a good hot shower. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping — everything was kept fresh and tidy every day. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. Lily Hotel is a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Vientiane. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service!

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
