GGuest UserFirst time staying at the Grand Ol Dame of Penang, celebrating its 140th anniversary. Stayed for 2 nights and the experience was great. Room was spacious and comfortable, facing the sea and you wake up to the sounds of crashing waves. Service was excellent. Breakfast was great, with cook-to-order char koay teow and roti canai, in addition to the standard eggs station. Hotel location was strategic, with plenty of food options a simple Grab ride away. The only thing lacking was the TV, coffee machine and fridge in the room, all of which could use an upgrade.

GGuest UserMy stay with OZO Penang was truly awesome! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting around the city. The breakfast spread was a real highlight, a great variety ranging from delicious local dishes to a lovely cheese platter. There was everything from a freshly prepared egg station to a fun ice cream corner, so there was something for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend OZO Penang to anyone visiting Penang.
