"It was a very comfortable staying here. Recommend. Location: + close to everything on motorbike (taxi): old city, university and so on. + market and Lotus's in 5 mins walk distance. Facilities: + very good as on photos. + microwave, kettle, dishes and drinking water in corridors. + light breakfasts, little snack in the hall. - when I just came, there was a broken shower heater in the room. Took long time to fix, a nd it was a night. It worked only 10 mins after that. Next day the manager changed a room. - noise because of plains. But didn't disturb me. Cleaning: + even everyday if you need, with towels changing - no soap - black hair in the bathroom, evening after cleaning. In both rooms. Management: + professional. Was ready to help. Thank you!"

"Absolutely fantastic! SO clean, so luxurious; and has a fancy restaurant and pretty afternoon tea. Absolutely pristine housekeeping - better than any place I've stayed, and I've stayed in Dubai, Fiji, etc. - fancy places. 'Win' is the housekeeper supervisor and he was taking care of our room, I believe. AMAZING housekeeping and the room was just perfection on arrival. I can't fault it. The only thing is the airport transfer - Reception arranged a partner company and it was not luxury and not pleasant, although the vehicle quality was fine. Chino@Nimmas was very accomodating and great responses once they heard my feedback on that and arranged hotel car and staff to drive me back, which was perfect. If they could do that all the time, that would be best, otherwise, I'd recommend arranging your own luxury transfer or ensuring it's their staff and vehicle. 10/10 though stay. We would definitely stay again and it's probably our favourite room and cleanliness of any resort or hotel we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of 5-star luxury ones."

"The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and very well designed. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The staff provides excellent service. Breakfast is served as a set menu, one item per person, and everything was delicious. The portions are very generous, so you don't have to worry about not being full."

"Had an amazing experience at Proud phu fah. Great location, in a calm place out of the city center while still not being too far. Super beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms which are very well cleaned. The view from the room and the outside bathtub are an amazing plus! The staff is also always very kind, smiling and helpful. I also really liked the breakfast and the fact that they took order for your drinks and made some amazing coffees, unlike other hotels where there’s just a simple machine. I actually can’t think about any bad thing about my stay at Proud phu fah. Next time I’m in chiang mai, I will definitely come back here!!"

"The Wintree City Resort is a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine and the food is excellent quality. The rooms are much nicer than an average hotel. The bathrooms and showers were built with lots of glass, have a modern feel, and the water is nice and hot. The staff is very accommodating and always will share a smile and a short chat which is very welcoming. They even have security guards in the parking lot to assist with traffic. Take a short GRAB ride to Maya plaza for movie night, or to Nimman square for walking around. I would stay here again."

The swimming pool and the lobby of the hotel was with great vibes and definetely very instagrammable. A short grab ride away from the university night market and it was a very comfortable stay."
