"Overall it’s a good stay. There are 2 rooms provided which is good for family stay. The swimming pool is smaller than expected but scenery is nice. It’s located near Pattaya beach. Self service check in with instruction about how to get the room card and you need to go to level 2 to pick it up from the mailbox"

"Amber is a 5 star rated stay for sure due to its amazing location, cosy and welcoming environment, quality bed for a gd night sleep. Walking everywhere is a breeze, just outside is Soi Bukkhao, Giant food court & nightlife area, and Central Pattaya & Beach about 7 to 10min walk away. One of the best buffet breakfast I had in Pattaya because of the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. They also had thai traditional coffee counter making fresh traditional coffee which was very unique and memorable! Will return again for sure!"

"Great place overall with a convenient location, a generally safe environment, and a comfortable bed. The room was clean and well-kept. One thing to note: if you're returning to the hotel late at night, you might be approached by a ladyboy outside. Depending on your perspective, this could either be something to be aware of or a potential plus. I did have a small issue with the receptionist on duty around noon on 7 Oct '24. The person working at 12 PM seemed a bit unfriendly, and when I came down to request for room service at 2 PM, I was told it would be done, but it wasn't followed through. It’s better to manage expectations if it's not possible to fulfill the request. That said, the other receptionists were all friendly and helpful, which balanced out the experience!"
