Great location! It's near Taksim Square but tucked away on a quieter street, so it's not noisy. The owners are very welcoming, everything is clean, and it's generally peaceful and quiet. The internet is super fast. I wouldn't recommend it if you have bad knees, heavy luggage, or don't want to climb steep stairs. For everyone else, it's definitely a good option for an overnight stay, with plenty of small, quiet cafes nearby offering cheap local food at two-seater tables.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in a family room; it was very comfortable and had a magnificent view, and the hotel was excellent. They cleaned the room every day upon request, and the amenities, including tea, coffee, water, and towels, were changed daily. The staff were meticulous and disciplined. We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent very close to Galata Tower and the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. Overall, everything was great and the stay was comfortable. The hotel reception is located in front of the building, which was easy to find. The only small suggestion would be to slightly upgrade the breakfast menu, but aside from that, everything was very good.

The hotel room, the reception and the breakfast area are all in different buildings, but once you understand that, it is ok. The hotel rooms are a bit run down and need some maintenance but everything does work. The aircon was amazing! It was nice to come to the room and it was nice and cool. I do feel the rooms could be cleaned a little bit bitter. All in all it was not too bad, just know it is on the main road and there is constant noise from the road. He staff were very kind and helpful.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort
The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards.

They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.
