"I stayed here for two nights when I was in New York and loved the cute pods. If you like staying in aesthetic hotels, don’t plan on being in the hotel for very long, and don’t want to break the bank, stay here. You can’t eat or take calls in the pods though - good to be aware! What I loved: -Grown alchemist toiletries - they feel so luxe. Also the robe is so nice! -Location is amazing - walking distance to west village and broadway, easy bus / subway access to anywhere else -White noise machine - this blocks out a lot of sound and is great -Bathrooms were pretty clean - I recommend going downstairs -If you can’t carry your bag upstairs, they’ll send someone to do it which was much appreciated! What could be better: -Downstairs has a hot water machine but you need your own teabags or coffee. I bought some from a supermarket but it would be amazing if there was as an option to buy them at the hotel."

"Used Trivago and Trip.com to get the best pricing. The hotel is located right off of the park near 6th Ave and is perfect for walking around the village/ restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean yet had an unusual layout with twists and turns inside. The room was clean and adequate yet on the small side. It's a little noisey from the hallway but not terribly. The breakfast was good. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and a good assortment of baked goods. Friendly staff. Would recommend ."

"Very good location. Lexington and 23 rd. Quiet area mid town. Safe. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The cafe downstairs - Smile to go had good coffee and simple breakfast menu that was tasty and affordable. Folded egg muffin was delicious."

"We stayed here as a family and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Great value for the price and easy for family travel.”"

"Overall a very solid hotel with very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The rooms are decently sized for NYC and well-appointed with the essentials. I was impressed when on at least one evening there was even turndown service. The shower took a minute or so to have a proper water flow, though the pressure was never all that great. I appreciate having the Nespresso machine and pods in the room. I’m always glad to stay at this property especially because I very much like the location, not in the heart of a touristic area but still with many fantastic places to eat, excellent subway connectivity, and convenient shopping for the basics."

"The location is good , a few seconds walk to Wall Street , Broadway street, Trinity church, the charging bull , the subway station 10 seconds walk , the pier 11 to Brooklyn was very close , in a nutshell worth to book for the location. I was shocked that the hotel doesn’t provide simple things like toothbrushes and paste and comb or cups , no kettle , no robes, no mini fridge, no iron, nothing. No water in the hotel . These are basic things especially for a 4 star hotel . If people stay for 1 night it’s not important but if u book it for 7 nights, u need to have some coffee or tea or hot water if u feel cold or wanna get some warm water u don’t have it . The reception had some hot water but the elevators were always busy so it’s a headache. Also the neighbors were very noisy , the walls were not blocking the sound. I could hear them using the bathroom."

"Relaxed and comfortable stay. The room was clean and a good size, with a patio that caught sun during the day and had a striking view at night. Staff were attentive, easygoing and personable, which gave the place a nice vibe. The location is convenient, right between Chinatown and Little Italy and close to trains and SoHo, though it leans a bit touristy. Nights came with some background noise (likely AC units), but it was only a minor distraction. WiFi worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and while a screen door for the patio would have been useful, the linen curtains did a decent job. Overall, a solid and well-situated hotel worth recommending."

"The hotel service is good. Although there is no gym, it also provides a gym across the street where you can exercise, which is very considerate. "

"This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York."
